Carrie Underwood rendition of Praying for time.. beautiful.. lyrically and vocally... have downloaded a few of her songs from itunes.. am a new fan.. .. I love her voice
I agree with the others..... if you have only one day with the one you love then its better than not having that moment at all..... also nobody really knows when their time is up... my uncle survived secondary cancer and it fighting fit... so ya just never know
This is kinda wierd Phil... I just said a prayer for you.. and I felt a strange lightness and energy in the Chest/Diaphram region of my body and a really relaxing peace came over me.. I don't know if these means anything.. all I know is that I said a heartfelt prayer and I hope from the bottom of my heart that it brings you whatever healing you need.. I wish you the best of luck Phil
Bull, bull, bull and more bull... geez .. for one the 'extract is far too long to have been an original insert...the entire body of the Bible is comprised of really short verses....ALSO... it would be completely out of context if read with the true Mark 34 and 35... Crotulus, you have read erroneous lies somewhere on the internet and you have chosen to believe them....
Lies or un-original material which is of dubious origin is not a good start to an argument..
I have read all of mark and I do not recall this, and it is certainly not in 10:34 and :35.... .... can you point out to me exactly where this allegedly is.
I am on this planet more than 30 years... I have only heard anything about the Sumerian traditions in the last year.... for such an antiquated, genuine and trusted source.. it has remained suspiciously elusive has it not... the Bible on the other hand has been freely available and largely unquestioned for centuries
Patrick I have 4 versions.... the meanings are the same, the translations are intended to simplify and get the point accross to modern societies who might have a difficulty with the older style English... as to 64,000 versions where did you get that...
In English there are 50 version.. again all accounting for different expressions but not changing the meaning.. everyone chech out bible-gateway.com..... you can compare and contrast there..
if you multiply 50 by the number of living languages in the world there will be a high multiple of translations of the Bible sure, but nowhere near this amount..
Grandkids are cute and we love them... as we do kids, nieces, nephews etc... we do not do it for you guys we do it cause we love 'em and are proud of them so tough
That is because they both trace back to the same point in time....I need to get the exact details but basically Abraham had two sons(though he had more these are significance because one was borne out of obedience), one isaac and one ishmael... isaac is the branch that leads to Jesus... .Ishmael is the branch that leads to Mohammed.... so we have the same Father.. Lord God
"Then I saw the beast and the kings of the earth and their armies gathered together to make war against the rider on the horse and his army. But the beast was captured, and with him the false prophet who had performed the miraculous signs on his behalf. With these signs he had deluded those who had received the mark of the beast and worshiped his image. The two of them were thrown alive into the fiery lake of burning sulfur. The rest of them were killed with the sword that came out of the mouth of the rider on the horse, and all the birds gorged themselves on their flesh."
The separate destinies of the Church and Israel, a belief which is inherent in dispensationalism is a particular concern to some Jews and to some evangelical Christians. Evangelicals who reject dispensationalism, such as those who hold to a Post Tribulation Rapture, (or more accurately a Post Tribulation Resurrection-Rapture), see both the Church and Israel entering the crucible of the End Time together. These Traditional Pre-Millennialists, as they are called, reject dispensationalism and its end time eschatology as setting forth a dubious eschatology of an "apartheid of the Elect". They consider the dispensationalist doctrine of a Pre-Tribulation Rapture to be self-serving and highly unlikely to be the true last days policy of the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Traditional Pre-Millennialists see all the covenant people of the God of Israel being refined together in the crucible of the end time. They also see the "royal priesthood and holy nation" referred to by Moses and by the Apostle Peter being unveiled in the Apocalypse as a single remnant Elect drawn out from Israel and from the wider Church in the nations.
