Yes I understand the distance issue. Maybe I'll put it on the back burner for now until my return there becomes more of a reality...flight and accommodations and such.
I recently noticed a woman had returned to CS from about a year's absence. I can only assume she had found a mate and followed it through to its fruition...and now she is back. Her profile is very much in-line with who I'm looking for.
I did have contact with her for about a month in May 2017. As far as I can tell, there was no animosity in losing contact with each other. Our respective schedules were very much conflicting...14 hour time difference...difficult to find an agreeable time...as well I work about 12-16 hrs per day.
I routinely vacation in her country and did try to contact her the last time I was there...with no response.
The advise I'm looking for...is it wrong to try and re-establish a connection? I don't want to barrel ahead and possibly scare her off. Nothing has changed with my workload and it will still be difficult to find time. Should I wait until I'm in her country?
Any Advise To Tread Wisely???
Hello to all that respondedThank you for your words...some yay some nay.
I did reach out to her and she responded in kind.
We texted last night for about 2 hours and again this morning for about an hour. She is very inquisitive and responsive.
It is a start...
A big thanks goes especially to MsContessa for her wisdom with, "the worst she can say is no".
As an aside...if this means anything...there seems to be more positive replies from women than men.
Thanks and Cheers to you all
