I'am so sorry to hear all of this. sometimes in life there is no choice we do what we must. right or wrong doesn't even matter in these situations. some things as much as we like to think ourselves are unavoidable.
i say all this in a gesture to speak on my thoughts about you. I admire you for being a strong lady who knows what she stands for. and kind of proud of you for not backing down from your principals and sorry it ended as it did, but happy you got your shot in too.
so many emotions i'am sure you feel over this issue. But the one you need to feel is... Relief, no matter how it turns out... there are two people who know they better never give you any Sh^t.
it will be fine as everything else ;time will heal the marks and the issue in itself. you are a lovely person and you will always come out shinning... even with a shiner
