I think the location makes a difference. I wouldnt go onto a bar in the city here alone but have done on holidays.
Cant beat sitting in a comfy chair on a balmy night sipping a cold glass of wine watching the world go by.
I remember sitting on the verandah of a hotel in Sorrento, a half bottle of wine in front of me, looking out over the bay and toasting myself, yes, myself, I reflected on my life and how far I had travelled and congratulated myself. It was a lovely feeling.
I am certainly of the mind that if I could have given birth to a guy then it a no no.
And I dont agree with the age is just a number thing at all. It isnt, the years we have been lived and the experiences we have had make us what we are.
I dont see what a 20 something guy and a 40 something woman would have in common.
However once we are all into 30s I dont think 10 or 15 years is a big thing, unless the issue of children came up. I am past that stage in my life and lots of guys in their 30s are still to start their families.
I cant say it is down to anyone leaving or new ppl joining but for some reason I am finding that I dont have any interest in participating as much as I used to.
Well hun you know I have a daughter with a similar condition but I have to say that this gentlemans problems were not all down to a learning delay, yes his style of writing was alright but not the offensive things he said to people.
Took me all evening to actually be able to block him, since he kept hiding his profile after sending me a message and if a profile is hidden you dont get the block option at the end of a mail. I was like a bloody stalker watching to see him unhide it so I good hit the block button.
Well hun I did say on a previous thread that he was more to be pitied than blamed and I still hold with that. But some of the messages I have received of him this evening have been beyond rude, and since the gentleman sends the messages then hides his profile and also refuses to read mail, while all the while reading the forums. I cant blame people for wanting to get their point across.
I know could block him but this is much more entertaining. Isnt that right Hoddy, hi by the way, I know you dont read replies but you obviously read the forums. Hope you having fun
