Yep...you seem to have a pretty healthy ego...but if that's who you are why worry? It takes all sorts.

I wish people would look at the categories a thread is posted under before they reply....

I was in a bit of a silky mood the other night and did a thread under jokes and humor called "all your questions answered" the point was to answer questions in a very ssrcastic and somewhat outrageous manner...we were having a good laugh until someone jumped in complaining how bitter I was... Talk about a thread kill...

In general I think all the categories have their place...it's just a matter of how they're used...except, maybe the profie review, I always kind of cringe when that comes up.

My daughter found her soulmate and married a wonderful guy from Sydney last year...they've been together 10 years now.

I spent several months traveling around Australia and loved the men... We also get quite a few who come to the island for the music in the summer... but they're usually a bit young for anything serious...

You have to wonder who does these studies...and couldn't they find a better comparison??

As far as my expectations of finding a mate or even a date online... Not really, there's a bit of a geography difficulty...I can't hop in my car and drive a hundred miles... It's a boat or plane trip to meet anyone over 20 miles away...

But I enjoy the forums, and the friends I've made here.

Everyone has problems with scammers... Why? Because there are so many poor misersble souls out there starving for what ever attention they can get...they actually pay people to take advantage of them and than come crying about it. And we're the ones who have to suffer for it as wave after wave of scamners look for another easy mark. So I say ban the pathetic people and the scammers will disappear as well.
