Well I´m obviously behind the times on this stuff!!!! I´ve always had a problem with CCTV cameras and this is another step in the wrong direction.... George Orwell was just a couple of decades off...
Those views aren´t current and can be as much as 2 weeks old depending on the last time a satelite passed over... so I really don´t see it as a tool for burglers...or as a true invasion of privacy...
Once again I find myself agreeing with you Jan... I would love to meet a man in my age range, but unfortunately most of the men that I do meet in my age range are sooooooo settled and just want a comfortable and easy life sitting in their living rooms... I want someone who still enjoys a social life and travel... and by travel I don´t mean sitting in a 5 star resort... but more along the back packing lines...
Of course not all men around 50 are that way... but it does seem difficult to find "live ones" who appreciate an intelligent and strong partner.... <---- me ducking for cover....
Well I´ve never settled for "average" in anything... and 5 minutes is a compliment providing he can come back for seconds... I can´t say I´ve ever felt cheated...
I have so many... Margaret Atwood, Isabel Allende, Elmore Leonard, Ann Rice, but currently I´ve been reading some stuff by the author Neil Gaiman... and I love it, incredibly original, great characters, and really witty.
It´s not often you can read a book and say... "that was unlike anything I´ve ever read" His book "American Gods" is such a book! I loved it!
This was the best video of cow tipping I could find... it´s not an urban myth... it just has to be done very carefully with a special method that the above video shows quite well.
I think what a child always deserves is the truth, or as near to it as we know...
I think what is honest and comforting to a child is that as long as we remember someone a part of them is always with us, they should be told stories and encouraged to tell stories themselves of the person that has died... in that way we always have a little part of that person in our heart.
Well I couldn´t vote in the poll because you forgot the "all of the above" option... add to that... I snore, I´m only attracted to men who can lick their eyebrows and circle breath.... who turn over their platinum card after 3 dates and treat me as the goddess that I am... well isn´t it obvious?
For the same reason that some women don´t answer flowers and emails... some men don´t know how to take no for an answer and rather then deal with the... why not? What don´t you like about me, it´s just one date, etc. sometimes it´s easier to say yes and not show up.
I´ve had some brilliant times on the forums... I´ve also found myself incredibly bored or fed up as well. I have a fairly insane lifestyle so my time on the forums can be a bit sporadic, depending on my work schedule, access to internet etc.
I think it can be difficult for a new person to get started on the forums... I know for myself I felt completely invisible for quite a while, it´s frustrating when you don´t know anyone and you take the time to compose a reasonably well thought out response only to have it completely ignored while people chat and say hi to each other and you think why did I bother? So in that way it can be a bit clique.
I wish we could have more intelligent, heated debates that don´t disintegrate into one liners and name calling... a good argument can be brilliant and oh so entertaining...
Come on ladies.... we need to accept responsibility for selfish lovers, after all we`re the ones who let them get away with it... until we learn better.
My policy now is that until you have me begging for it, it ain´t going in... it´s amazing the efforts a man will go to when you bring him to the edge and don´t let him finish until he gets you where you want to be.
I don´t really like a man to go to extremes on a first date... it feels a bit desperate to me and I feel put on the spot... I´d rather a picnic in a lovely spot or grab a beer somewhere with a pool table... it´s all about having time to talk and share a bit about ourselves with the other person...
I´d like to know more about the article and what they based the information on... the percentage is ridiculous, unless they have used the question "have you ever kissed another woman?". I would agree that most women have probably kissed another woman but I wouldn´t consider this gay relations...
I guess some men just need a good excuse as to why they´re still single and saying that 98.4% of woman are gay makes it easy...
Please don´t make women out to be victims... we always have a choice and yes it does take guts to walk away from the life you know to take a chance on pursuing a life you believe will be more fulfilling and doing it on your own rather than for or with someone... even more so.
