And he has full right to "call up the debt!" I have never been a fan of standing army....just tell me there is a fight and I'll summon up the rowdies...the Common wealth way! No fear of a collapse of NATO....an impotent force for over 50 years. NATO is a "what if" organization. Hey...call me when there is a REAL fight....odds are....Canada will show up...and fight to the last man....oops...and woman. Now....wanna ask me a HARD question? If I had to choose....USA or the Commonwealth....now that is a sticky wicket! Maybe time to go neutral. (Nah...hey....got Kiwis, Oz, us, the UK,....and a whole crapload of India! lol)
