Toy appear to dismiss criminal reform offhand. Surely it isbetter to try to reform thesepeople, especially the ones who are abused into crimial behaviour.
My age gap isn't so great, but it works ok, i think it depends on the people, age gaps aren't as rigid as you would think, and i wouldn't dream of preaching any differently.
