I emailed BP to have casing over the well head and am sure many Drill Riggers world wide emailed with the same response, I worked Dig'n Rig and can tell you right now the spout on that 100 ton case was to small, I know there is rolling Ocean that would break any spout coming to the top but at least it would take away some of the Oil in the mean time...
we would not need as much oil if the Gov and car factories would go to electric motor, I have studied the electrical use as motors on boats cars remote control cars etc.. it is out there, just politics
