Thats right cover girl after they complained I was not doing them a favour with a lower rate for thier cousin, I was spending 600 canadian to get there and home every month
So I had a cafuffle at work over lowering my wage, the owner of the company, his cousin was building a hotel, wanted a lower rate I finally gave in and now they lay me off ofter the last payment and I eccepted cash....
I know the other workers don't give out the quality I do
See that's just it they begged me to stay as I was their best so I did and now the Nickel Dime, wonder how much he charges at the hotel when it's done???
So I worked for this company for a year now and gave the best I could, not tooting my own horn but the Bosses son sends me to all the High Profile Jobs, I am considered the best they have, anyway The Owners cousin builds a Hotel and I am sent there to run the show, distance is an issue so I ask to be relieved for a closer to home job, they beg me to stay, after I tell them some of the projects I did and being foreign and the worlds best, I was payed at a lower ratio, so then they try to jam me down and offer less, I tell them I am spending $600 CDN a month in fuel and 3 hours a day driving, never the less I have more equipment than anyone else
asked to work for cash, finally my last cheque I agree with a Cash Payment,
The owner called and was still upset....
What do you folks think of all this? Tell him to F%ck himself?
