Am not really concerned about people changing, it's got to happen, eventually. Only thing I think about, are all the pictures people posted 25 or more years ago n are still posted without any updates.

Your clock had three pages on it, look at the timer for later. Put yourself in an exercise session. Just do about 10 easy exercises. Write down your exercises. Then, write to do a exercise for 30 seconds then 30 second break. If you co 8 exercises at 30 sec intervals, 8 x 3 = 24 min. Get all your things together before you start, put your so ks n sneakers on n get your glass of water ready for a sip between exercises, a cushion if you have to go one knee at a time in the floor, some Kleenex in case you need to blow your nose lol once you start, don't stop until you finish the whole 24 minutes.

Set your timer 24 minutes 05 seconds so your timer will look like this 24 05
(I always put the 05 start seconds to psych myself out for the nonstop exercises ahead of me)

Just do a 5 minute warm up stretch before you start n a five minute warm down Stretch when all is done. Do the exercises every day. After a 3 week period, or a month goes by, you will be stronger to raise amount of exercising or whatever you want to change. Actually, this will change your life :) coz it keeps you busy. Just don't forget to crank your music before you start lol
