Angela Merkel is doing her Job well. She was a lawyer in the DDR and even though she came from the communist DDR she is relatively conservative and somewhat liberal too .You showed that she was marching with her comrade (former DDR) she didn't have any choice that time. What communist tells you to do...you have to follow. DDR was worst no one can voice their own opinion. Merkel is very powerful lady like Thatcher of UK BUT she doesn't misused her position as a Chancellor. I am German and I can speak for it.
