RE: Emotional intelligence

And this is what really differentiates EQ and IQ. EQ understands the breadth of events, it can read between the lines, IQ drills deep into the subject more like a bull - the problem there being that there is little IQ can now do that a computer can not. IQ sticks religiously to the script.

RE: Emotional intelligence

The thing to remember about intelligence emotional or otherwise is that the world is a brighter place when you're not too bright for it. Where would society be if it was left to the emotionally intelligent? Full of weirdness that seems brilliant to the high EQ but seems like chaos to everyone else. You're going to preach that familiarity breeds contempt to the rank and files birds of the same feather flock together. The samey could be at each other's throats all the time, but to realise won't change a thing.

RE: Is this true America ?

Scotland had money to burn in 2005 and I don't think that's the way it is money. The riff raff suffer what they must, and the rest of us, too.

RE: Emotional intelligence

I think on some level you have to seem more transparent and one-dimensional than you really are. Like a man only not so stupid.

RE: Emotional intelligence

It's emotionally intelligent to prefer cats buts emotionally intelligent to walk a dog. To meet a lady that is. An intelligent man plays dumb around women.. in limits

RE: Can you date a bald person?

Or if not biting, what if they were to manipulate me into punching another man at the Oscars?

RE: Can you date a bald person?

All the same I would prefer not to take my chances with what looks like an escaped mental patient.

RE: how to impress you for dating?

Don't be fat or tell me you're dripping off your seat. I don't want to hear how you'd break your own fingers just to spend one night with me, there must be something wrong with you. Give me a challenge less than performing brain surgery or mind-reading, a challenge more like a moderately difficult crossword puzzle.

RE: Powerball Lottery jackpot grows to $1.5 billion U.S. dollars

You're all dangerously bored, irrational.

RE: Is this true America ?

It's the sizable and silent minority from no man's land basically forgotten by the people in the trenches. The shy floating voters will decide as much as they seemingly don't exist, they're just being made to be quiet by how loud everyone else is.

RE: Is this true America ?

In times likes this the opposition are going to win more than likely. Trump lost 2020 for the same reason he will win next week and in 2024. As hard as it is for fanatics to accept maybe, the outcome will be determined by floating voters willing to vote for whoever isn't in charge now.

RE: Open-Minded and Chained-Minded

Suffice it to say that all I now know is that I know nothing. As a younger man I could tell you how the future would be, but I couldn't tell you now what 2040 is going to look like. We are now living in an historic, decisive hour that determines the course of history. But I grew up in a period where the destination of the near future was determined by the momentum of the past. Where we are today could never have been any other way, but where we go now is not decided yet which is what it means to live in an historic hour.

RE: Open-Minded and Chained-Minded

I don't know what my childhood ideology was. Apathy? I was a 90s kid which was where the west, the enlightenment, the idea of thinking for yourself had scaled the heights of history and thought it was safe - therefore no one really did that anymore. In this century, in my adult life, liberalism is dead and the world is in a state of confusion, the multitudes are marching for their dictators and nothing works anymore. This isn't what I wanted with my childhood ideology but it is what I expected. I never did believe in the end of history - that Americanised earth where the whole world feels like the 1990s forever. That's one of the reasons why I got a proper job.

RE: Cider and Cheese lunch

Don't worry about the cider it's crap anyway

RE: Feeding your family..........?

There'll be more meat left for us then won't there. I thought my last shop was cheap, £36 and the fridge is full

RE: Expensive lies

The right way to discredit Alex Jones is through a better life for the kids. All this serves as proof that this won't be happening. The authorities are never going to give us a good reason to support them because the future they've got mapped out is terrible, therefore we can only have punishments if we oppose them. They're making the carrot out of stick knowing they have nothing else to offer

RE: Expensive lies

People will simply back a populist who lies in ways convenient for them to believe. People don't really care about a cheater if they think he's one of them. But they will care about cheating from someone they don't regard as one of them which is the problem for elite concerns. Those who benefit from the lords of life are tiny in number.

RE: Expensive lies

Particularly the men who are going to say hold on I'm not listening to those who make my life worse every day. You need to shower the public, or large part thereof, with ill-gotten gains before you take away their liberties. A million times wrong is this idea of fascism without the spoils.

RE: Expensive lies

Everybody lies and the virtue of a free press is that the opposition gets to lie, too. And besides today's establishment is the greatest failure history has ever known are we seriously going to allow that to decide the truth? Gospel truths from the mouth of history's worst ever ruling class? There'll be a civil war.

RE: Is everything connected in the matrix?

In the very long-term we will eventually get people who have digital common sense being born around the year 2040. For the next few decades humanity is a fish out of water, I an environment so completely different from our own experience that any conclusion we draw is almost bound to be wrong.

RE: Is everything connected in the matrix?

Sort of. The law of the land doesn't work anymore because this is not the land, and the idea that you are responsible for your actions, not the actions of other people, is also wrong.

What they're gunning for is a world state that uses data and surveillance to treat people like cattle, they're going to do this instead of a society based on law and individuality because these are technically impossible. The attempts to civilise the internet are the emerging Orwellian state. They'll not leave it as anarchy and things will get far worse before they better. Just like every industrial revolution really. 50 years of hell lies ahead.

RE: We all owe our parents $50'000 for loving and taking care of us since as a baby us imo

A bit of conservative shock therapy to restore the family to what it was. It's the only way to rebuild. And if you still insist on messing up your life then you'll have to become a Catholic, let a Catholic priest live like a pauper to save you from the gutter. They are the kindest, most charitable of the religious bunch.

RE: We all owe our parents $50'000 for loving and taking care of us since as a baby us imo

I think we should go with your idea as a replacement for the pension system. A survival of the fittest parents, woe to those whose kids don't want to see them.

RE: Help understand logic ????????

Women spend billions trying to look younger than they are and this is because youth is inherently feminine. Finer features and softer skin in an apparent display of innocence, she doesn't want to look like someone who has had a hard life that's what she wants to him look like so that she can look pretty by comparison, delicate next to him.
