I think you may want to rethink rehash and rewrite your argument!!! I'm not a fan of guns myself and I do think they are too easily purchased...I'd love to see bigger restrictions on them... I've no idea what the laws in America are regarding guns , surely with all the mass shootings there have been some form of restrictions.
If your having intrusive thoughts or ones that upset you...you just have to question it to yourself...challenge it....I.e. telling yourself your a horrible person...yet you can challenge it by remembering all the good things you do.....it will then go away!!.
My bit of OCD Ness has kicked in Reading this. I like my inbox to be cleared before I log out of this place..I'm the same at work. My inbox is always empty..I either organise it into folders or delete and I can't have a full trash bin either..has to be emptied before I finish work... So ya...72 emails makes me wanna
It's bloody terrible so it is...but this too shall pass...eventually...stay strong.. Have family in Australia and they are on FB everyday wishing the time away too x

I certainly won't give anyone that has done me wrong the good and nice side of me. But I would keep it civil and short....and thay would only be if they engaged with me I certainly wouldn't be with them.
