I was married for 25 years - better days since then - I'm not saying it was all her fault basically just not a good match. My point here is this - why do people try to find exactly what they had when it obviously didn't work the first time. I'm now 62 , my expectations are vastly different then when I was a 25 year old kid - yes I said kid. I'm simple looking for a pleasant woman somewhere near my age . Someone who's learned many of lifes lessons and has come out on top in one piece. We all have our baggage and idios and that has to be considered in finding a new mate. I have no intentions of getting married again I am perfectly happy with a more casual relationship that can still nurture both of us through our later years. Some of the wants and expectations I've seen on profiles are kinda silly - people can do and expect whatever they want right but please get real . Who would be interested in looking through a list of 35 things that a woman requires before you ever say hello. Is there even a chance for equality ? Good luck with that I hope you are patient. What the hell is wrong with a coffee friend ? A movie night friend > ? or even a friend with benefits ? You have someone you like and care about in your life and you can still go home and do your own thing. That's my plan and I'm sure many will not agree - to each his or her own - just try to be happy - and always be kind to animals - cheers )
