Like any country there's pros and cons. I don't hate Eastern Europe, the further east I have been is Antwerp, Brussels and Brugee I fear areas that have conflict. Same way I actually had a fear of visiting Belfast when I have been there before. Look no one wants to hear anything negative about the place they come from, but we all have to be realistic also. Irish government is a joke and its not my first time saying it. We may look like a nation that protests against the injustices, but not even a fraction as much as we should. Yes I would be slightly wary of the east now given what is happening. But there are far more other areas of the world I wouldn't venture to for more legitimate reasons.
I'm sure some form of the truth will come out. If we get back what we put out then Putin can expect bombs, deaths and threats in Russia in time to come. When he has renaged on agreements to allow civilians move through safely before he attacks and then goes and bombs anyway then yes I hope Karma reaches him soon. 3 days now of peace talks and this is still going on. He is killing people who he isn't even bothered about, why not zone in on zelensky and nato and USA leaders and the West's leaders privately, put sanctions on those countries, why does it have to be at the cost of innocent lives. Anyhow I can agree to disagree. It's over and back on this forum since it began and no one will ever see the others side clearly for what it is. So I'll extend my own hand to you and hope that ye all know what ye are doing over there but to see little kids making sole journeys to borders on there own without family breaks my heart and these are the people who won't be able to change anything for Putin so I don't get why they are punished. If communication falters in cooperation then they shouldn't be leaders. Yes I've a very blanket view on this and I'm the first to agree I don't know full history..or back ground...it always comes down to human lives, that's all we are here with our lives..
In an everyday , life sense I don't bother waiting on Karma even if I believed in it, my life is for living for me and those who love me , not on anyone who had the bad taste not to , or those who have treated me badly. The sooner they are gone the better, and I rarely have any lingering thoughts on it past the lessons I've learnt from it.
On the thread note, I still wait the day Zelensky serves Putins head to his people on their arrival home to their country
Sea swimming is the new craze here, I have recently taken up swimming but I'm my local leisure centre, I'm not that brave yet. Cold showers are also meant to be very good for your health both in mind and body. Have just about managed 5 seconds of it so far
