Good thread. I am always interested in any area of self improvement and like to be surrounded by people who lile the same thing....and who also challenge me in this way also.
I think if you cant learn from your past and use it to improve your future then i think your setting yourself up for a lonely existence.
My friends push me all the time...they are possibly my biggest supporters and at times biggest critics...but all for the greater good...as i am for them.
Have always wanted to be with a guy also where i both improve and inspire him to improve and vice versa.
So eye candy doesnt appeal to me but in saying that i think you should always make the best of your own appearance and take pride in it....as it all goes hand in hand with self improvement.
Maybe Rainbow. But ill happily stay old fashioned then....
I would love and do tell my neices to make sure their career and single life is satisfied before they meet men...if i had my choice none of them would date until they were past 25

Pretty much all things equal...but with the man doing what comes naturally to a man and likewise with a woman....by that i mean a man making a woman feel secure n protected and a woman to nurture and care for a man.
Im not opposed to being spoiled on occasion though..not all the time...as i would spoil him
