MY official government is Ireland and the Irish government...not the UK...both separate countries...but I guess if basic geography is out of your grasp then really the conversation is void isn't it.
In fact I saw some other references that crime ,more specifically burgarly is rampant in your country....and goggle is as 'reliable' as Wikipedia which you have quoted...but who's nit picking

Since Ireland is getting a bashing from the Bulgarian barbie let's see some 'facts' of Bulgaria...seems not a very nice place to be by all accounts.
And I agree with Snowy this alcoholism idea is indeed a myth. The Irish are no more that fond of the drink than any other nation...what is heavily attributed to just love of alcohol is our much higher love of 'the craic' and no not the stuff you sniff up your nose.

Finished 'The Loch' last night...very good short series if anyone interested. Started 'Four Lives' last Monday...4 part series about the barking murders...should be 'good'.
Heard Happy Valley is excellent but can't seem to get it anywhere at the moment.. think series 3 has just ended.
I can do without it all bar YouTube. It's good for escapism thats about it. I prefer to text than talk on the phone...don't like to have it up to my ear for too long...
