I m not a Dub but there are large shopping centres on the periphery of the city such as Blanchardstown, Liffey Valley, The Square in Tallaght or Dundrum Shopping centre all with various offerings but you ll need to take public transport...City centre would be Jervis Street, Arnotts and a whole list of different types of shops comes up if you Google large shops in Dublin like Kilkenny design.... Donegal shop....Carroll's gifts.... You mentioned Tesco .....be very careful....they have a 2 pronged approach to pricing now.....if you have a clubcard things are way cheaper otherwise they fleece you... Enjoy your stay!
