My solution to the problem...would be to make the site private...for members only to view or participate in the threads or blogs....that way...outsiders would not be able to view the content and much kinder people ...who want to date make friends etc....would be more confident about posting and new members might also participate...
solutions can be found,,,but the question is...do people really care? from what I have seen...I'm doubtful and it's a shame...cause the site is laid out so well...threads are easy to create and all that is needed is interesting posters...with the ability to have real conversations
i must add...the twitter troll is no doubt...putting people off posting...and the twitter troll...has stolen many members photos from this site and posted many vile posts about members...so it's not a joking mater and when is something going to be done about it
a few problems with pof forums...many trolls...many sock puppet accounts...a voting system where posters would vote on new threads being created...but the vast majority of the time...only the trolls voted and kept their threads up.
At least on here...when you create a thread...it stays up most of the time...but troll gangs will always exist on these sites and try to control things

In terms of friendship....Considering the covid situation the sheeple...the chances are a friend or family member might be a sheeple and if that is the case...then discussing the truth won't be a good idea...cause they won't want to listen and defend the state fascism...so talk freely about everything...won't always be the option

yes i could point at a least a dozen recent threads...that could put me to sleep with bordom
some of my very best threads were in the past...cause maybe we had more interesting members back then...who were not part of the gang and not acting like lemmings
what a difference a year makes...365 days and then the return 12 threads created in just two days plus all the sock puppet comments...the troll sure is busy
