I can not see the photo you have posted, but I would hardly put something like that in the tattoo category ... I must say your daughter got it right, tattooed conditions are not novelty, they can save lives...
You have never met a person whose make up flatters their intelligence, nobody who use a little make up to enhance their features, no...?! I don't know what kind of people you are mixing with... Many say tattoos tell their stories, they also ink their family members names on... I have photo albums for that... I do not care what people do with their bodies, I just say there are many other ways to express yourself or your love towards your closest ones... and more intelligent ways as well...
I work with tattooists ans tattooed people every single day...remove or lighten their "mistakes"... I have some rough idea what kind of people they are... As I said it's not my business to judge but I am not blind to see too...what's under the cover... Many take what they don't want to...
Yes, it does... I am not against whatever one chooses to do with themselves... All you mentioned above speaks about the person, it's their choice of the way they want to be seen... If they don't want to be seen in a light which isn't their own , well...not my fault to take it as it's presented, right?! All of it is done to attract attention...not your own attention...of course... Morning Bo!
It's political, victimizing a certain nation because of past... Entitlement to something you hardly deserve in present days...and taking advantage of it blatantly...
Tattoos talk about the person...and pretty loud as well... I am yet to encounter a tattooed person who has done it for a reason that flatters their intelligence...
When Bulgarians were allowed to work in UK without visas and other complications in 2007, the Poles went on the streets of England to protest against it...despite being welcomed as immigrants by the locals...when setting foot there... The immigrants were the most intolerant towards other immigrants...and still are... How ridiculous is that?!
Taking the road with less resistance doesn't mean blindly following the crowd...I do sense some kind of unnecessary pride when people say they will never do that... May be they just achieved the same result with much more effort...don't you think it could be the case?! I want to die when I am still able to enjoy life...not when I am hanging on, desperately...
Guilty myself... We all do forget, we do want people and things we don't rally need...we want to be places we know we won't like... Do things we don't want to do... Instead of give in and enjoy, we swim against the stream...to prove something...to someone... Often the road with less resistance is the right one...
The meaning of life is to live it... Following a familiar road or taking the short cut through the bushes...it's still gonna take you somewhere... The question is "Is it where you wanted to be?!"
I can never compare putting down a dog with helping someone die... It's a hard decision and very individual as well... It should not be easy ... and too available...
There's nothing beautiful in getting old and older...yeah... But trying to behave like time has stopped for you is even uglier... Age with grace and keep yourself in good spirits...and leave the drama behind...
Not being able to manage everything isn't vulnerability... You have to know where you stand and admit you are not a super human... I usually feel violated when I am forced by circumstances to do things out of my expertise... Yes, I can read, watch and understand how it happens and do it...but I don't really need to add to my self sufficiency skills I don't want to become a regularity...
It depends what you want...what you are happy with... Whould you like not to know where your stand just to show open mindnessness...?! Lowering your standards isn't an open mind, it's desperation... If I have to lower standards, dismiss trouble ahead or pretend it's all fine I'd rather move on and let you move on too...
