RE: Who do you listen to more?

Now, Lee,
let's get serious, I promise I won't cringe...
I know we can be pretty annoying, say thousands words instead of few...and try to play clever, answering a question with another one...
But sometimes women can be good at having a conversation and even make some sense...
Saying that, I rarely would stand a all female company for long...

RE: Who do you listen to more?

Can I just go back in times, where a man would simply hit me on the head and drag me to his cave...
We won't talk and will not listen to each other...smitten

RE: Men are afraid of the question of what you are looking at on this site

Sorry, it was meant to be "But" bouquet
You can't buy a Flame...laugh

RE: Men are afraid of the question of what you are looking at on this site

Buy Flame,
don't you agree that sometimes we can actually find ourselves more attracted to someone who doesn't cover our list of demands than someone who ticks all the boxes...?!
And I don't mean in the wrong way...
Until you give them a chance you will never know...
Your profile can be working against you, that I see pretty often...

RE: Men are afraid of the question of what you are looking at on this site

Hex said it all...

RE: OPTIMISM Vs PESSIMISM - Or the other way round?

Optimism is tightly attached to realism for me...
Hoping and dreaming are wishful thinking...
When you throw a dose of dare and determination, hard work and will, then you can have a real possibility to feel optimistic...

RE: Do you prefer to know where you stand with someone?

There will always be someone(s) who dislike us, come on, we are not made of milk and honey, are we...?!
And we can brush off the negativity easily when we see no reason for it...
But then again it's kind of arrogant to say we should not care what others think of us...may be, just may be there's a seed of truth in it, may be we don't see our own faults as clearly as we see our qualities...

RE: Do you prefer to know where you stand with someone?

Well, that's life, isn't it...
It was going to be too perfect if we knew everything...
I am sure most forumers will swear they don't give a crap what others are saying about them anyway...

RE: Do you prefer to know where you stand with someone?

Sometimes we have to accept that people have reasons to keep you not knowing where you stand with them...and often they don't know themselves...yet...

RE: RULES - Do you obey them all?

I just gave an opinion, as you know I don't get up close and personal...
So, no, not putting words in anyone's mouth... dunno

RE: RULES - Do you obey them all?

Yes, I do...
Not knowing why the rule is applied doesn't mean you should ignore it...
