I remember the days when we took the bottles and jars back to the shop and made some pocket money... Nobody used plastic bags, brown paper was the wrapping material... I don't remember any sliced and vacuumed in a nylon food... Yes, we didn't have the "green thing" back then...
Hmmm, isn't it just the circle of life...?! Every thing is given life, place, external conditions... There is a dependability in all that...we can not function without it... We can change some, adapt to some or accept it all and go with the flow... But that too depends on a chain of circumstances...not in your powers most of the time... I am wondering with what the ego has to do with all that?! Ego isn't a measure of what you have or have been given at birth... Ego is the struggle to accept that you are not in total charge...
May be we are too arrogant to believe nothing was possible without technology and sometimes it brings a wonder how on Earth ancient people survived...if we can not even function without smart phones and cars... Everything we have today has been in someone's mind centuries ago... But then again isn't it even more arrogant to think we are the only advanced creatures in the Universe?!
I am the wizard of the cakes... I grew up in a competition with two professional chefs, my mom and sister... It really fuelled my ambition to beat them in their game...
RE: Olive Oil
