I agree the knife culture is very worrying, if you ask most kids why they carry one they say it's for protection.. Where has it all gone wrong?! Even since I was that age it's changed massively, the most you worried about if you had a fight then was someone using a bat (still bad I know) but it's just gone mental.
As for the cannabis v alcohol argument I've had that so many times with people it's unreal, the government will have you believe that people who use cannabis will eventually go on to a harder drug because the buzz wheres off... As someone who used to smoke a big amount of cannabis I know this is rubbish! People only go on to harder drugs because THEY want to, nothing to do with being addicted to cannabis...
I agree that she should never be given an MBE, she's not earned one!
However..
Yes she is dumb (or is she) and appears to be an idiot, but she can't be that stupid if years after she is still one of the most talked about people in the country, on the front pages without doing things that you see other 'celebrities' doing and making a lot of money from it.. The twins were dumb, what do you here of them any more? Exactly!
Whilst the woman is annoying to call her dumb is inaccurate IMO, she would have been long gone if this was the case.. And whats with all the hate towards her? All she's done is see an opportunity to give her and her family a better life and she's taken it... I say fair play Jade Goody. There is a lot of misplaced hate toward the girl, all boils down to jealousy at the end of the day, same reason so many people are against the Beckhams..
Have to ask though (and don't mean to be contraversial) but... Whilst what happened to Sophie and her boyfriend is disgraceful and I hope the people who did it rot, where were the march's for Damilola Taylor, young Rhys etc...?
He did only give an opinion (an opinion that I agree with), however, there was no need for him to jump down other peoples throats for giving their opinion..
Some valid points have been made in this thread IMO.
Most soldiers don't moan when they are injured as they new it was a hazard of the job THEY chose to do, the problem they have is with the lack of support from the government (their employer) who really do screw them over.. Was reading an article the other day where some lady who sued her employer for getting RSA got more than a lad who lost his leg! There is no way you can look at that as fair, no way at all..
The war is always going to be a controversial topic of conversation as we all have different views on it, just need to respect what each other says and debate/converse in an adult manor..
With regard to the 2nd point I was more aiming toward the lack of respect by the public for the 'last ride'. Have sadly been to a Military funeral, hope never to go again.
Again to the 3rd point regarding on why they are there each have a different reason/justification. Was out with my Cousin and a few mates when they were back on R&R and someone asked them 'whats it like to Queen and country'? The response was probably the best I've ever heard!

I suppose we all have different opinions and beliefs with regard to the whole situation and I am of the opinion that these people are heroes and should be treated as such.
I find her even more annoying than Jeremy Kyle, she always manages to turn everything back on to her and what she's been through.

Of course inner beauty is vital and ultimately what you look for but visual beauty is very important, it's what you go for at first as you don't know the person and is what keeps you attracted to whoever it may be..
