HATE - Athletes and health freaks with stinking feet and trainers. Arrogant drivers and pedestrians who insist on inflicting so called Muzic and mobile phone conversations in shops, in public, and resaurants, on others around them. Politicians of all parties, legal Thieves (Barristers and solicitors) worldwide and etate agents.
lIKE - A well presented table with good quality silver and centre piece. Good home cooking. Good eating and table manners. Intelligible vocal and instrumental music to suit the occasion Good quality Sherry, Port, Beers, Wines and Spirits - Whisky - especially Single malts in moderation - Cheeses of the hard mature kind. Hobbies, Crafts and Intelligent conversation.
If such opinions offend so be it - BUT - I was brought up in better times, when many of us with *working class* backgrounds had the same values, having variously been taught by our mother, supported by hard working fathers, grandparents, uncles and Aunts who had similar tastes.
