Your employees could be commission based salesmen, so the payroll would be low, as they would be paid off solid sales reciepts. Or 1099'd at the end of the year. (avoids unemployment tax and workman's comp)
Or like me, your employees could be trained in the trades. Out of our 6 employees, we trained 4 of them for the field work. I did most of the work myself over the years, but now I run one of the crews with two helpers. The other guys run two man crews. (three crews in all)
Oh, I prolly should have been specific on my field. Construction trades. There will always be a demand for that line of work, in fact, tradesmen are a dying breed.

I SO want to pull up the song lyrics and expose the user, but that's not how I roll, and I know he/she has already looked at the thread, and I know he/she knows I'm on to them.
Kinda goes along with my "fake people" thread a few days ago when I went on my rant.
I've been out for a while. Did some catching up today.
Leafing through pages of posts in the threads, I've noticed alot of really unorigional thinking.
On the political threads, many cut and paste articles and essays without giving credit where credit is due. (the sources)
One that stuck out was the Lyrics to a song by "Clutch", where the poster was complimented on their words, and rather than saying, "oh, it's a song by a band." That user said "Thank you."
What's wrong with having an origional thought. Are we destined to be sheep?
Loved and lost..........You gain insight and memories that last a lifetime. But if the love was that good, why is it lost now? Shouldn't it still be love?
And not to have loved.....Well, it avoids an aweful lot of hurt. mine, hers, theirs.
It varies on the intensity of the relationship. If it was strong enough, you never get over it. It's a permanent part of you. ESPECIALLY if it was good.
Moving on takes time. Months, years. Different for different people.
On to a new relationship? That most definitely varies also. The best lovers start out as friends. (Well maybe, I don't know about that yet.)

If you start it as a business, you only need one certified plumber on the job site. Though that may vary depending on where you are.I don't, but my partner does. As lng as he's on site while the plumbing is being done, no one else needs to be certified.
