I get up early in the morning 5:00 am then First I do my holy prayers after that I massage all body with oil of olive 10 minutes then I goes to for running 45 minutes . then I back home and take bath during bath I does all things like face shave under shave . it total time spend just 30 minutes . after bath I does my break fast . my break fast is one egg half boil with 5 tea spoon honey with one paratha ( bread ) half kg milk like tea . after that I does my daily routine work start .
