Hi Dani this article seems to disagree a little. Actually it's not the only article a Google search yields that suggests that genes do have some role, some suggest up to 20 % I think.
Hola Dani I haven't exactly lived a goal oriented life. I've just reacted to the curve balls life has thrown at me, and yet I've somehow managed to achieve a modicum of success.
I was just trying to sound like a pessimist with the people not being interested and waste of time comment. The winking eye was supposed to be the tip off.
I think the genes we are born with helps to determine at least some of the way our attitudes toward life develop. Of course teaching and life experiences and role models also contribute. But if were a matter of free choice I don't believe many people would chose to be pessimistic. I guess people do tend to moderate from either extreme to the middle with age and the benefits of life's lessons Hasta pronto
I'm a pessimist which means I naturally think being an optimist is better. On the positive side it keeps me grounded and living within my means. I was going to write a long response explaining my feeling on both, but I decided people wouldn't be interested, and I'd just be wasting my time. So I didn't.
Is this country enough?
This song was pulled from the Billboard Country charts for not being country enough. Country music has evolved, but is this a bridge too far?
