Calls for AG Holder resignation are growing inside Congress.....

AG Holder and also now President Obama have stated that they did not know of Fast and Furious gun program that DEA was running with Mexican drug cartels. But emails from DEA administrators have emerged to show that AG Holder did know.

REP are smell blood at this point. Slicing AG Holder off the Obama administration is a major coup for them.

AG Holder is a critical position to hurt or help the administration. If he resigns....e.g. falls on his sword.....it stops here and Obama is not implicated. But if he continues to hold office....questions and investigation will mount to see how high into the administration knowledge of Fast and Furious went.

At this point.....remember that President Obama is a micro manager. Likes to know the details of things in his administration. Also remember that then CIA Director Penetta briefed the President on the
CIA/Jordan double agent Balawi....that latter did a suicide bombing on the Afghanistan CIA headquarters. So Fast and Furious does seem like a
program that would get a Presidential briefing.

One also needs to remember how much pressure the Administration placed on US Agri Agent to resign. After her comments at the NCAP convention. They dropped her like a bare handed hot potato at a steak house. Holder is in a world of more trouble than she. Finally it is a election year.

REP canidates will be coming at Obama like hungery wolves in a Alaskan pack if he keeps AG Holder. It is high profile smudge case that has hurt US and Mexican relationship and hispanics are unsure why it was happening. So?

I see AG Holder resigning in 2-3 months. Mark another one up for the Obama bus, Conrad.

The "leading from the back" continues to draw White House ire. Again the White House, says President Obama took a leading role in the Libyan thingee.

Yea right.....he did not even know they were radicalized Islamist rebells. Rather they were the more moderate friendly Muslims that carry
AK-47 for home protection.

Tunasia just installed a Islamic government....with Sharia Law. Libya will next. Algeria will. So will Egypt.

President Obama sat and watch more future Irans come to power than any other President in American history. Indeed in the case of Libya, he aided and abetted to happen.

So either way for the President this is a lose lose. Libya goes hard line Islamic....and he helped it to happen. Or he sat in the back of the leadership bus in the non war to remove Kadiffi from power.

But you got to give high fives and have some sympathy for the White House staffer.....now unemployed....that first said Obama was leading from the back. This quiet and mild manner Obamamite...took off his black horn rimmed glasses for a moment and put on his super man tights

I think we need to ask the question.....when do American and NATO cruise missiles begin to fly into Syria?

Obama justified Libya on Kdaffi's hard put down of the Libyan protestors. 40 Syrian were laid to rest yesterday.....is a pretty hard put down. So he and HATO have the same justification. But......and it is a big BUT.

Syria has very little oil and unlike Libya......that oil does not go to Europe. Yep it was for European oil that American cruise missile were fired into Libya for 8 months. European don't warm their homes or drive their cars on Syrian oil. So from even European liberals, we don't hear much about the human right abuses of the Assad government.

OH the duplicity and hypocracy of it all.

Kadiffi is BAD, BAD, BAD. Assad is OK, OK, OK. All depending on your need and use of Libyan light crude. Or your non need of Syrian non oil products. Liberal Europe can justify a war for oil. But it cannot justify cracking down on the Assad regime, that has for along time sponsored Islamic terrorism on the west and Israel.

Another big BUT.

Yes, Assad government is the one that has been arming Hezbollah with rockets to launch into Isreal. Sponsored Black September attacks on the west...but today Europe liberal can still see a glimmer of light of good in Assad. He is still savagable. Were as Kadiffi had over stepped the boundary and was threatening European oil supplies.
Recent article says...Kadiffi turned to the Italians to aid him as rebells were knocking on his door. The Italians said no. Kadiffi said no oil. Kadiffi is gone gone gone.

But with Assad.....that cannot play out. Assad is the supplier of Hezbollah weapons fired at Israel. European liberals still need him.
To fight against that dreaded and hated Isreal that oppresses the 1.5b Muslims in the world. I know there are only 5.5m Israeli. But hey it is only a number game.......

So with one foot in the Libyan quandary.....the country stills need to be rebuilt. Does President Obama put the other foot into the Syrian quandary? You got to know that the REP house would not vote for a Syrian intervention. And it is a election year. Pretty hard to make that point......that Obama is not being the world's police man....when he has two feet in two civil wars.

So in my addition of this.....the Syrian rebells.....better look for help from Iran. Because neither Washington or NATO have cruise missile with Assad name on them.

Herman Cain continues to rise in the REP polls. And now the DEM liberal trolls have begun to take swipes at him. Meaning?

They see him as a real threat to Obama.

On to Executive Orders......

There has been a connection that many of the Wall Street and City Occupiers protestors are college students. College students that by very recent Executive order.....now can get student loan deferments and bailouts.

So?

These college students are the ones causing civil unrest and European style rioting in our cities.....and the Executive office rewards them?

When former President Reagon had a work walk out of the 22,000 Air Traffic Controllers.....a form of civil disobedience.....he fired all 22,000. How things have changed!

This Administration rewards roitious behavior. When post WWI soldiers demanding better benefits....occupied Washington in protest....then Capt MacAuthor was sent in with a regiment of active duty army to break apart their make shift camp. How things have changed!

This administration does not lead. It compromises. Any pressure of a political movement....from Tea Party to City Occupier....gets a response and a smile. It is the Saul Alinvinsky thingee...too keep the populace happy at any cost. Say anything and do anything to keep the populace content. To keep power.

Were is the moral direction of this kind of Administration? How does it find a moral high ground, when it can compromise in the street?

This is not leadership. The leader is following the political pressures in the street of the country so closely, that he is writing Executive orders to follow the whims of the street.

It is time for real leadership in Washington. It is time for American to place into office men and women of a strong moral character..that can lead the country by knowing the will of the majority. Not to compromise to the whims of a few.

Angered that the media picked up by the comment of one of the White House staffers.... that President Obama was 'leading from behind' in regard to Libya. The President went on the media offensive today.

Telling the interviewer.....'that was not my term'!

Rather back when Libya began....I do remember....someone saying......
'parties in Europe have asked us to participate' in military operations
in Libya.

The someone was of course.....none other than.....President Obama.

Was it not Senator McCain.....that proposed the Libyan No Fly Zone operation? This after Kdaffi air force and helo gun ship were making mince meat of the Libya rebells and civilians that were in protest?

Ah yes....I do remember this as well.

Clearly the Administration had a 'non war' in the case of Libya. First they were selling M113 and other high tech military items to the now deceased Col Kdaffi. Then they were sending cruise missile into his compound, but they were not decaptation cruise missiles. Only cruise missiles that might severly wound the now secretly buried Kdaffi. Special non lethal $450K cruise missile made only for Kdaffi.

If that ain't a 'non war'....what is?

And did not President Obama hand the leadership of this non war to NATO after several weeks? Yes, I think that he did. Is that not leading from behind? Kind of fits the description to me.

But now with a fallen Kdaffi and fallen approval polls....President Obama wants us to think that he personally lead the first boots on
the ground beach invasion of a foreign country since WWII. Splashing ashore (ala General MacAuthor style) on a heavily defended Libyan beach. Opps...but there were no boot on the ground in Libya, technically.

Hmmm.....me thinks that this is a image and communication problem that the White House has. If one take the idea from someone else....if someone then hands off the leadership...if someone sends missile to a leader's compound but they are not intended to kill the leader...is not someone leading from behind? Not totally committed to the military effort? Yet when success is achieved, that someone claims to have played a heroic and leading role in the military victory!

Had President Obama had invited the Libyan rebells and the now former Libyan dictator to a beer summit.....this might have gotten over sooner than the 8 months it did take. But ah yes, the Islamic radicalized rebells.....don't drink alchol....and the former dictator of Libya was always high on something! Just maybe he was high on White House rheotric that would have kept him power with the sale of those military systems and weapons. That non rhetoric of the White House...that is.

That majority is right of center. We going to the polls to vote out a

Don't the DEM control the US Senate presently? Yes I do think that is the case.

President Obama placed a piece of job legislation so poorly drafted that even his own DEM rejected it.

Yet suddenly...in the media and in blogs.....it is the REP fault for the bills failure to pass. The job bill was failed by a joint vote of both parties. Neither DEM or REP wanted to spend billions more for a FED government approach to unemployment that has been falling to decrease unemployment.

DEM Senators realized that their jobs were on the line.....with this bill. Had they voted in another boon doggle and back door bill to support the Obama administration.....then voters would end their careers in 2012.

4% of over 1000 votes support the position that President Obama should be not given more time. Meaning 96% of the 1000 say it is time for him to go.

I know it all a REP plot to discredit liberal positions and President Obama......but just maybe......there is no plot here. And people see a need to continue the change in Washington? President Obama started the change and hope message.

We are getting down to a two man horse race for the REP nomination. Whom ever wins that, wins the 2012 Presidency. Because President Obama continues to tank in his approvals.

If Romney and Cain settle their difference.....they can place a Romney/Cain ticket together.....grabbing both the Tea Party Movement and the Rhino REP. The is very formiable.

Last week I watched a homecoming parade in my college town. Now in in 1971 5000 students and 1500 faculty took to the streets in a anti war protest. I know was one. This year....12 students and one whobtie car with a "Obama for President" rode in the parade.



To say the least I was more impressed with the several local REP canidates that were the parade with $40,000 dollar 4 x 4 pickup trucks.

Just saw some figure on elderly unemployment in the country. Obama got what he wanted. 24.5% unemployment of Americans over the age of 55.
It take seniors 31 months to find employment after being laid off.
National Average there is 12 months.

Making seniors unemployed is a form of wealth redistribution. Younger workers take their jobs, and gain the income from it.

Here seniors built the country....President Obama thru his concept of and demand for wealth redistributions has taken their future retirements, their medicare, and their standard of living.

From a biblical standing point....Jesus said....."The poor you will always have with you"............

And when his apostles first took to the streets after his resurrection, they did not give money to the poor. They healed the sick and lame in his name. But they did not go out giving the alms to the poor.

From that am thinking that the entire concept of simply giving money to a improverished person is defunct. You only give him some gingle in his pocket, but nothing in his heart. Nothing that feeds him eternally.
Nothing that really changes his/her circumstance or his/her views on life.

You say give him a job. Corporation owe people employment. We have a number of laws that make the work place and hiring fair and equal to minorities, to women, to every social group in the country. That was mostly covered in the civil rights acts of the 60s.

So do they really protest for jobs? I don't think so. If so just go out and fill out more employment applications if that is the case. If you are denied one because of your race, religion, social group....file a court case.

What you have in these small protest.....the most that they had attend protest in NYC......was 5,000. Amazing how a camera can be focused into a dense mass of a small number of people to make it seem like 100,000+ are there......)).......is the core of American liberalism.

That is all there is.....the rest are mid road DEM, blue dog DEMs, IND, REP, Conservative Christians....all 308m of US.

Someone sure inflated that number that 19% of the country is liberal.
Because if that be a number was accurate.....55.4m should be on the streets in protest over American capitolism. And they ain't there to support this core group of American liberals.

In more serious news. 26 have been killed in Christian/Muslim rioting in Egypt. With no end in sight. How this began, is in question. But one story is that radical Muslims protested the expansion of a Christian Church. Also that the new government was forcing Christian women to wear the Habib. And other localized violence against the Christian minority.

Now the Christians are in battle with the Egyptian security forces....police and militias....that hardline Muslims that began the violence at the church, have stepped aside to let the new Egytpian
government to crack down on the Christians.

So?

Our Christian President Obama is being very quiet on this. Seems he can voice support the Arab Spring movements. Including this one in Egypt. But when repressive acts are taken on Christians around the world....he is quiet.

Also, I suspect that the number of Americans and westerns now in Egypt have increased once Mubarrak was arrested. So suddenly NATO and the
US Military may soon find themselves flying relief missions into Egypt
to safeguard them. Assuming this new Egypt will permit such relief flights. The old Mubarrak government would have permitted such relief flights. The entire Israeli embassy staff was safely secretted out of Egypt as the Arab Spring rebellion began.

President Obama Cairo Address helped to make this mess in Egypt. When he stood on the platform without Mubarrak at his side. It was clear a divided between the American/Isreali government and the exiting Egyptian gov't had occurred. He encouraged the violence of the Arab Spring and now this crackdown on Christians in Muslims, when he accepted that invitiation to speak.

So were does Iran and Tehran stand in this? In Iran some 260 Christians are 'just missing' this last year alone. None seems to know what happened to them. Which is pretty hard to believe in the dictatorship country. Then you have the present death case of a Iranian Christian pastor who converted from Islam to Christianity. They tried him as a apostate. Found him guilty and sentenced him to death.

Dude and the President....seem to say the same thing.....there is no conflict (war) between Islam and Christianity. But the streets of a burning Cairo say different. The 90+% Muslim populations in most of the 54 Islamic countries says different. The coming execution of a Iranian Christian pastor says different. The violent history of Islam to minority religions says different. That is why 90% figure is there.

There is a clear ideological difference here. And there is a clear conflict between the two religious faiths.

At this point.....President Obama would be wise to disengage all diplomatic relationships and foreign aid to Arab Spring countries.....Egypt, Libya, Algeria, Syria....as protest of a Christian America to how Christians are being treated in Islamic countries. To determine the makeup of these new governments.

But he will not.

But here is a prediction.....whether he does or does not.....within 6 months the Sues canal is closed to western vessel traffic. As this

The numbers of the Wall Street protestors around the country is so small that you can put them on a small deserted Island and have a reality TV show with them.

In NYC......the largest amount gathered for a protest to date was 5,000. Tampa, Seattle and the other cities..........the average size protest is several 100s.

But look for 'out of country protestors' to soon fill ranks here. Reinforcements fresh from the Arab Spring or UK Riots. Foreign protestors are today, the foreign fighters of yesterday.

So will the Obama administration allow known foreign protestors into the country? Did it stop south of the border hispanic coming from Mexico to protest the AZ immigration law? No. Will they deport them if arrested in the protest? No. They have not committed a violent crime, now the standard of deportation.

Rather what will happen is that foreign protestor will be let
into the country. If the protest extend into the 2012 November election....expect ACORN to be registering many of them to vote in the
2012 election.

China has called for a reunification with Tiawan.

Seeking to consume the smaller democractic island country, China has called for Taiwan to be reunified......or is that annexed?

Put this into perspective. China over the House currency bill declares it will go to economic war with the US if passed. Suddenly Harry Reid (at the approval of the WH) uses the nuclear option on the bill to blast it from the Obama job bills.

China sees the weakening and left leaning position of the current administration, and decides to reunify (er annex).

Not only that if the economic warfare turns into real warfare....China has added to military of recent.....stealth aircraft, a aircraft carrier, and the hypersonic Carrier killer cruise missiles. Not to mention that NKorea has a number of hidden nuclear reactors. Just ozing out weapon grade nuclear materials for nuclear cores.

NKorea jumps onto the side of China if the missiles fly.

Carrying a bigger stick, China decides it is time to take back Tiawan.
Not that Tiawan was ever really China. It was always Nationalist China.
No Communist government or soldier was ever been legally empowered on the Island. But the left argument here, will be that Tiawan is part of China. It worked for Palestine.

It is not that President Obama is a weak leader and cannot aid in keeping Tiawan free from the brutal Communist regime to come. But
it is the 'right thing' to do. To make a "one China". Under that argument, Cuba should be part of the United States.

President Obama cutting US military budget and force levels also plays into this. China sees a US that is less likely to engage in a Nation state conflict to defend Tiawan. President Obama to fuel his wealth sharing programs, has cut the DoD budget to were even Penetta is saying.....to cut it more is at the risk of national security.

The Chinese also see President Obama falling approvals and have likaly assessed him to be a one term President. So now is the time to seek reunification before a REP takes the office in 2013. Meaning China will press the issue for the next year. And will not aid in the NKorean nuclear issues.

To the Tiawanese, I say.....hang on.....America is righting herself in the next election. REP canidates are already calling for more military spending.

New poll out.....President Obama's early Oct approvals have fallen to 38%. Down 3 points in a very short one week. With 60 weeks to go the 2012 election if he continues to lose 3 point per week....... he will be at -150% approval rating for the 2012. He aint gaining. He ain't treading water. He is sinking.

Clearly the financial protests in New York City and elsewhere in the country...did not help him in the polls. Here is why.

In a way, I am very happy to see these near violent protests occurring. For we see the real American liberal in them. Unrealistic and unyielding.... self centered and self righteous....everything that is bad about civil disobiedence movement can be seen here. Not to mention unPatriotic. See many American flags being held at these protest? No.

These are straight from the streets of Cairo type protest. Designed to grow a social movement to change a system or fail a government. They are not home grown civil right type protest. Civil rights is not the real issue here. Sharing the wealth is. They have core of dedicated person, that attempted to gain a broad support following. It ain't happening in America.

This is just a bunch of young people....that want more. My life is unfulfilled and I want more. The rich have it. I want it. They have to give it to me. I voted in a liberal and socialist President. So give it to me.

Most of mainstreet America can see this. They have a clear vision to what is going on here. So when that poll was taken...and President Obama had kidda endorsed and kidda distanced himself from the protests...it was seen to be weak leadership. President Obama's wishy washy style of management is no longer helping him, it is hurting him.

Mainstreet America has seen how thin the American liberal left really is by these protest. There is no million man march here. The subway and buses of NYC did not shut down when the union supported the protester. It is several 100 in protest in Sacramento, Seattle, and other cities. And in New York City.....it is under 100,000.

While we tossed 1000s of words at figuring out President Obama in these threads, the American mainstreet has finally gotten the picture clear. And because it has, President Obama will be a one term President. Yes, that is a ttom500 prediction.

He is a young man, and maybe a return in 2016 is possible. But the 2012 grows dim for a back to back Presidential repeat.

The country passed 10 years in Afghanistan. The Taliban just made a PR release.....saying that it intends to "fight until the last foreigner has left the country and that Victory is with us".

General McCrystal.....says that only 50% of the US goals in Afghanistan have been met at this time. 1 in 3 returning Iraqi and Afghanistan vet says.....it was not worth it. 1700 American have perished in Afghanistan. Billions in treasury spent.

With President Obama announced withdrawal to commence soon...the political finger pointing on the Afghanistan and Iraq wars will
play a role in the 2012. A smaller one, than in 2004 and 2008 elections....but still a role.

Certainly a disruption of alQeada did occur by the US/NATO operations in Afghansitan. bin Laden and most of the original leaders of the terrorist group have been caught or killed. The one exception being elZharwiri, who now leads the group. But also many of the leaders of the Haggani group, the LET, the Taliban have been killed or captured.

This likely is the the goals accomplished that General McCrystal speaks. But to nation build the poorest country on the planet and to redirect or rechannel the path of the Pakistani that simply hate American and America...to win their hearts and minds.....seem to fall into the goals not achieved.

el Zharwiri and the other associated terror groups refill thier ranks and leaders with different faces near as fast as Predator can dispatch them. With out Pakistani government and militaries full cooperation
this will not change. Unfortunately the Arab Spring didnot touch this country. Pakistan will remain a host for Islamic terrorist long into the future.

It seems that both sides can claim some victory here. Again a super power is withdrawing from a threatening Islamic country....as did the Russians in the 1980s. A victory of Islamic radicals. But.....

bin Laden's death and the capture and deaths of many of the 911 supporting cast...a just victory for the United States. That a fledging democratic government (though very corrupt) in Afghanistan was made....another victory.

But the core causes of Islamic radicalism in the region were not changed. Education, poverty, radical Islamic exposure at a young age
in Madrass school settings will only make for future terrorist willing to commit suicide for Islamic Jhadid.

Here the failure....the defeat lays....more with the UN. That failed to change the hearts and minds within the region. The UN did try but was largely block and often attacked by the Taliban and alQeada that resist any social change in the region.

The real loser in the Afhganistan war.....is the world and its governing body, the UN.

I would be more concerned with AG Holder failing to be honest before Congress over the ATFS Fast and Furious program......Obama just backed him.....and all the documents say he knew of Fast and Furious prior.

With AG Holder now facing possible perjury charges from House.

How did Holder get into this mess? The short answer is he took a position with the Obama administration. The long answer is he did it
to himself.

The issue is over the ATFs Fast and Furious gun program on the SW border. Holder in earlier sworn Congressional testimony stated he did not know anything about it. Newly released documents come forward he was briefed on it early 2010, well before the ATF program was exposed and the mentioned Congressional hearing of investigation.

So?

AG Holder.....just ended up with lose of his credibility in Washington.
This is Nancy Pelosi all over again that did not know about GWB enhanced intorrogation techniques. But sat thru 32 CIA briefings were it was discussed.

Look.....gov't sometime does things that are not nice or 100% purely ethical. It is the world we live in and failing of human beings. When that occurs government does the sweep it under the carpet often. That is what Holder was trying to do here.

Obama needs to hold Holder accountable. The door of the bus should be opened and the AG ejected. He has lost his ability to be a effective AG. Think that any judge will take Holder seriously if he come to the bar to present a case? After lieing to Congress? In sworn testimony?

This also flies into the face of Obama transperent administration. Direct lies to Congress under sworn testimony, is not being transperent. AG Holder's credibility has been singed beyond recognition. He was likely trying to cover a ugly fact that the White House had approved the ATF program.

The Administration had the chance to 'come clean' after the ATF program was made public. But it did not. So had Holder in the first hearings......said he had learned of the ATF program and had written legal briefs on it......it connected the Administration to this approval.

So?

See no evil, say no evil and hear no evil....or the three monkeys.

President Obama said last night that neither he or Holder knew of the
ATF Fast and Furious Program. House REP have called for a Special prosecutor to investigate.

The question is now will the three monkeys bite President Obama.
