Dude ...welcome back to your thread! We were worried about you. The thing I have noticed....the lower President Obama Approvals go.....the longer Dude stays away from posting.

There has to be a correlating reason....:-)

People here are starting the say that the next President of the
United States in the fight for the REP nomination. Unless the Obama Administration can pull off a minor miracle with the economy...that
is very likely true. Romney or Perry ....Perry or Romney......hmmmm...

But mark my words...before this is out Bachmann, Palin, Grinrich, Cain and Rubio will have had a chance to play King maker.

Word here is that the President wants only $300b for one last gasping stimulus package to make jobs. If the House REP don't give it to him, he is going to make them the evil ones. Hey with a approval of 18%,
the House might as well go ahead and say NO to the $300b. The DEM have it painted already as the evil ones.

Knowing that some of that $300b is going to SIEU and Hoffa's UAW...ought make the NO easier.

Did I ever tell the story about how a UAW official threatened my father ....by saying he was going to blow up his small office with explosives. The UAW had a new brick office building in Detroit. My dad was just out of WWII.....and knew some of the worlds best military explosive men.....my Dad told him....'anything happens to my office building, they will find UAW bricks all over Detroit."...

Then there is the other time UAW officials were in Contract negotiation with my father and another coal yard owner. Te UAW asked them to sign the contract 'or else'. Both refused. My Dad was staying at a local hotel. He gets back to his room.....and gets a phone call.
It is this other coal yard owner. He says " I am going to sign the contract and I suggest you do as well."

My Dad says to him. "Are they with you now?" He says "yes". "Did they rough you up?" He says "yes". Then my Dad says him "you do what you have to do. But you tell them for me, it is a bad contract for the drivers and I am not signing it."

So now the Drivers begin to get pressured by the UAW to strike. They don't want to. My father's firm was already paying the a higher wages than the UAW contract wages. And the UAW was going to now take out union fees from them. So they were going to lose both ways. Lower salary and union fees. But UAW is threatening their families....following their wives home.... stuff like that. So?

So he calls a meeting of the drivers. Tell them that they are going to get hosed on the UAW contract. But the drivers want him to sign to stop the pressure on their families. So he signed the contract.

So when Hoffa Jr....threatens the Tea party......it is a very real threat. The UAW is known for this stuff.

But what is worse is when the President of the United States.....hears the threat...and does not have the courage to arrest Hoffa on the spot.
The President use (notice the past tense here) to be the Chief law enforcement officer of the country.....

One of the issues in the coming Obama economic address....is construction. With over 1m construction workers in the unemployment ranks, with housing at a low in dollar value and ground breakings....and according to REP Barney Frank....we need something new to set our valuation on that properties and mortgages.

But there is little bit more to this. Locally it how the DEMs used the environmental laws of the country to slow down construction in the country during the Bush years.

I will use my local county as a example here. Sitting in Central Florida....Osceola County was a county going into urban sprawl in the late 90s and early 2000s. At only point we had 7- 5000 home development ground broken and building and another 10 on paper ready to go. Some major construction was a going to go on.

Then suddenly in the mid 2000....the county needed a State approved
COMP Development Plan....COMP for "Comprehensive". It just happened to be a DEM controlled legislature at the time. The county writes a plan, submit it. No good. The county writes another plan. Again no good. For three and half years the State used the COMP plan to tie up
ground breaking and construction on the those 10 developments in the county.

To developers, I suggest just wait on filing your development plans until after the 2012. Then the political scene will be much clearer.
The way it stands today. It is very foggy in the devopment of major projects that cost millions. So why do it? Sure it is your money. But also your risk. A risk this business unfriendly administration has not minimized for you.

3 1/2 years that the development investors (e.g wealthy) lost millions.

Suddenly now with unemployment at +9% and the DEM Obama administration in power.....seems like it will be OK to build again. We were
building. 50,000 news homes in a country of 160,000 is fair amount of development. That is another 200,000 people that could have lived here
except the DEM stopped the developments with the COMP plan and the myraid of State environmental rules that had to be met. And major investors lost their fiscal shirts.

It was OK to build.....but just not under a REP Bush Governor or under a REP Bush Presidency.

Why should major investor (e.g. wealthy) risk building expensiv enew developmens in the country, when the Obama administration cannot even control the rank and file (Hoffa and Waters) within its own party?
If it cannot do that, when the building permits and development plans go to DEM controlled government at the local and state level....they will just be squashed again by environmental rules and regs. And wealth get to lose millions more.

If you think that the DEM are taking the environment rules off of development to spur construction and place those 1m back to work building house....think again. That is why the President is talking road and bridge construction....infrasctrure construction. Not housing, not private ownership of new homes, not a resurgence in the housing industry and real estate markets.

i was alone. And fixed a small breakfast...and turned on the TV. It was 9:32 and the channel ran flash that a plane had hit the Trade Tower. I figured some small plane. But left the TV on.

About 15 minutes later...they have actually images coming from NYC. It was not small plane. I was glued to the TV till 2 PM that after noon.

I called my family that was scattered around the country. Withing the week, I had resubmitted my CV/Resume to the White House for review
and assignment. We were headed to war........

I sent my pocket Gideon Bible (military Bible) to the West Point Cadet Corp Commander. Told her (first year that they had a female as aCorp Caommander)_ it kept me safe and I had not lost a man. That I did not know where she and other Cadets were headed. But were ever it was, they would need all the help they could get.

I think that we are a better country today, than in 2001. We are more tolerant and more decisive. The economics might all be messed up. But the people are still kind and sharing. The Towers might have fallen, but the American spirit did not.

One last thing. Stop and think about this for a moment. The towers hold about 16000 workers. The planes had many empty seats. And 1000s that day escaped injury and death. While 2996 perished that day. But it could have been much worse. God was there. He protected 1000s that day. He left the 911 Cross to say he was there.

1000s of tons of falling debrie hit the 911 Cross and it stood. I would call that a miracle.

It has a been a sour spot in Islam (Qum and Abbotsbadad) for for 10 long years now. They ran into something much bigger and stronger than they are.

President Obama is going to be making a Ground Zero appearance during 911. They don't want any Christian signage....or crosses ...or other
religious symbolism to be in the photos of him at Ground Zero services.

That is way to much like GWB, Guallanni and the Ground Zero Responders around the 911 Cross. This 10th Anniversary of 911 has to be made be made right for Islam. I doubt that they will even let the 911 Cross into the site or have President Obama seen in public with it.

Gee do you think he will visit the Ground Zero Mosque location and give it his blessing?

I would call this a preemptive ideologue reply. They never listen to your evidence or proof of anything....they just blow at you their preconcieved opinions. What you say to them really does not matter....it is what they say to you, that does.

So my proof to a religious war being Islam and Christianity. At the end of the post. It needs some words to put into context.

What is reality? A President that tells us we are broke.....when we have the most gold and silver bullion in the world sitting in our vaults? Had just found 1.5 trillion barrels of Shale oil and were bringing into production? Have the biggest T-Bill and Bond markets in the world? Have the two largest stock markets in the world? One of the worlds largest military industrial complexes? Were decreasing our fuel uses for the 3ed year in row.

So it was a such a lie.

We just did not have enough paper money for Obama to spend. He knew he was one termer....and had spend it while he could. That is why the debt ceiling was such a issue to him. So he spends right to the debt ceiling, when we are "broke". He said "broke" before reaching the debt ceiling remember? If you were really "broke" would you spend to your credit line to the limit?

No, you would conserve it. In case you had a real financial crisis
or need.

But Obama is not playing by normal fiscal rules.He knew that high speed rail was not shovel ready. Yet he gives money at it like was water. His solar energy investments are failing after all of 3 years business. How do you fail a business in 3 years time? Just because the Chinese are making competitive products? Heck they filed bankruptcy because they were scared to succeed. PV is in highest demand of all time.

This was all about undermining the capitol markets of the country....the Saul Alvinsky goal. Now he goes after the big banks.....fail them....maybe trigger off his great depression.

He has failed this country on purpose.....and that is why the British gave him the nick name.....Smart Alec. The British slang definition slang for Smart Alec is not like it is in the US. Here it means someone one funny and comical. There it means someone insolent. Someone that does not take good advice or consel.

Even the British could not figure out his policies, they saw them destroying the country as well. It made little sense to them. Insolent. With out good logic or consel. So they code named him....Smart Alec. And no code names are not picked by computer. The head of your intelligence service picks them out.

You know it is hard to fail a country? He has not done it yet. Mainstreet America still functions pretty well. He has 15 months left to try it. If Mainstreet American can hold that long....he loses.

I know Conrad...it is the Alvinsky tactic all again. Schoeder is using the popularity of the United States framework in Eastern Europe to bring a smily face and bring them deeper into the affairs of Europe. Also bring them deeper into the economic crisis of Europe.

From England to Poland to Hungary and every were between, Schoeder is saying come joint us in a United States of Europe......and while you are at it.....do you mind picking up the tab for a few economic bailout of Greece, Ireland, Spain, Portugal?

I always thought Rights...Ameican rights...were given and defined by our Constitution and other documents that were prepared for 'we the people'. You know that thingee called the Bill of Rights.

So if a illegal alien is not a 'we the people', person 9e.g American citizen).....how does he/she qualify for the the right's defined in the Constitution and Bill of rights?

Sure there are universal human rights.....but Constitution defines the right of the American citizen more specifically.....like the right to vote, the right to free speech, the right to freely assemble.

Here in were liberal get this all confused. They confuse the universal human rights with the right given to American citizens. They are not one in the same.

This is going to be one of the new smorgasborg post that has alot of different issues in it......

1) A former German Prime Minister ....is calling for a "United States of Europe." Meaning a Constitution....ending the EU and the Euro...the country bailouts....and a host of other aspects the end the division of European countries.

On the Constitution.....we can loan copies of ours....they are hardly read in the White House these days.....so they are avialable for being used....it has worked for pretty well for a time.

BUT......you want to cause mass rioting in the streets of European capitols.....you go trying to do away with 'free health care' and other government benefits...that liberals there riot for.

Putting a fair tax for all of Europe makes a lot of sense. And likely it would be less than the tax rates that they have now for the free health care and other free benefits. One must remember Russia did that to turn their economy around.

But when Dude.....hears they are taking his health care away....no matter what the tax rate, he gets.....the cries from Coopehaggen.......will be heard across the Atlantic.

2) The Italian Defense Minister....said they are 'not going to make the big Iraq mistake'...in regards to Libya. The big mistake? Disbanning the Sadam's Iraqi Army and Government....and the Batth party.

So? Sounds like they are trying for a coliation Libya government between two parties that have killing each for the last 8 months.
Or...placing Qdaffi's Liyban terrorist into a Government with the
Jhadist Terrorist of the Rebells. This should be fun to watch.

3) AS the Libyan Rebells press on Qdaffi home city of Sirte. The big question is.....were is Qdaffi? We still get messages from him to fight the NATO occupying forces and resist the rebells. And his tribe is now split...according to rebells...some being pro Qdaffi and other being pro rebells....

But my quess is.....Qdaffi has way out of Dodge City. Dodge City being Sirte. He is not going to sit there and do the OKay Corral with the Rebells. And he is not going to give himself up to NATO.

How long did it take to get Serbian leader Milosovic to the Hague? 14 year was the length of time, I remember. So if the west can do it 7 year they will be doing fine. I know it was because NATO was patient in getting him.

4) Just saw a graph of the last 11 economic recessions in America...compared to the Obama Recession of 2008-2011? All 11 had bottomed out and were climbing within 14 months of being called a recession. Today the Obama recession of 2008-2011.....is like the energizer bunny....it just keeps on going and going and going.....

So just like Obama got his own war named after him in Libya....the Obama none war. We now have the Obama Recession of 2008-2011?. The ? is of course because we don't know how much in the future that the energize bunny will continue to beat the recession drum.

But rest assure....if it goes into the late summer and early fall of next year..... it is taking votes from him in November.

You have to give President Obama some credit....he knows how to keep his name in the media and make a legacy......the Obama Non War and the Obama 2008-2011? Recession....will be written up in the history books.

You got to admit that Obama and crew are 'shrewd people'. Note I did not say 'screwed people'. They needed a way to make the crisis. What greater crisis could they have in the country....than high unemployment.

They realized that the American dream lay on that employment that paid for house, car, 2 kids and the dog. So some how they had to get the unemployment up to take away the confidence Americans had in the system. With 1 in 10 unemployed, they had a constant crisis in the economy.

So while on the PR side...Obama and crew have preaching jobs creation. Obama and crew have been killing jobs with regulation and litigations areas that don't make much press. They want Boeing to move back to Washington State from union free South Carolina. A job killer. They end NASA manned space program. A job killer. They readjusted the health care system under Obamacare. A job killer.

Watching them operate is like watching a pick pocket that has a bad hand. He wants to get on a side were he can use his good hand on you to pick your pocket. So keeps circling in that direction. Driving you around in circles as he does it.......LOL

And now....Obama and crew solar firms are? Going bankrupt and laying off 1000s. They grief that Obama and crew have caused the country is amasing.

You totally dislike the idea of a prosperous USA. It causes you nightmare to think what a prosperous US could do in the world. And Obama's infracsture bank competes with who? The 12 major banks that Freddie and Fannie are taking to court. They all do major instracsture lending.

Only during the failed stimulus, they did not lend enough or to the right parties. So they need to be put into line and taught a lesson.
They were the cause of the stimulus failure, yes?

Fannie and Freddi needs the 900b to continue on...but there is no bailout in sight for them with a REP Congress.

So you litigate the banks for the 900b (even though they repaid the bailout). You start up your own infrasture bank to compete with them.

And there is nothing to stop Fannie and Freddie from being part of his infrascture bank. So Fannie and Freddie can "reinvest" in the urban renewal projects he wants to do.

DEMs are going to use Fannie and Freddie....to spread the wealth around. They just needed a vast source of funds to do that. The 12 banks are that source. That is not what Congress mandated them to do.
But this how they are soon to be used.

If you cannot get it by legislation....get it by court litigation.
I don't advise buying US banks stocks any time soon. They will soon be at .99 per share.

But know what is funny here. Is that many liberals...many with honest motives and strong opinion on issues....like Hannah.....are protesting and say he should stand up to them (who ever them is). They just don't see that he much greater liberal agenda (Alisnky plan) than theirs.

See how the stock market reacts to any bad economic news. It is magnified now by the political uncertianity in the country. The stock market gets a job report of no new jobs...and unemployment that stays at 9.1% it drops 253 points on the news.

There is a two fold reason for the drop. The people that had bought into the economic recovery that the Administration, realized they got hooked and lined and sinkered. So they begin to bail out of the market.

Secondly, the markets are realizing that the stimulus failed. Romney has a point here ....when he said...."Obama said that if the economy did not recover in his first 3 years, he should be a 1 term president"
It is now 3 and half years and no recovery. He should be a one term
President.'

The markets are just starting to see the second drop of this present course. And it is a long drop. Now that they are past the warm and fuzzy glow of the stimulus, they see government regulation out of the gasoo that has been made.

From there you have the coming court cases and SEC insider trading investigations that the Obama administration will press on them. AS they come, the volume in the markets will reduce....as people see their holding become worthless paper in their portofolios. Why trade it when the value is so little?

He has already shut the OTC gold and precious metal market down. Done a investigation into insider trading in the crude trading. So he has already started it. But when that blue chip GM stock hits .99 cents a share is when one can say Alvinskyvite plan has been fully executed.

12 major US banks now face civil court action from the Fannie Mae and
Freddie Mac. Freddy and Fannie are quasi government corporation, so this is like the government filing suit on them.

The housing insurance firms are seeking billion from banks for bad loans of the 2007-8 economic collapse. The housing firms are saying that banks failed to provide quality loans for them to invest in in the bundled loan packages.

The banks were all receiptants of economic bailout funds of the FED government recieving 100s of billions in tax payer moneys. Money that most of them have repayed. So now, the banks payment of a court award will come from bank's investors and owners.

Tie into this a DEM Congressional hearing that white washed Fannie and Freddie of any wrong doing in the housing bubble blowout. A DEM passed bill that forced the banks into lending low doc and no down mortgages into poor areas were many of the defaults occurred.

These 12 major banks are facing taking a second major economic hit from the court award. Ultimately this means several things.

One) Banks will further tighten lending

Even with extremely low interest rates set by the FED, presently the risk that banks will be held accountable to the Fannie and Freddie for a bad loan make is less likely that they will make loan in the present and future.

Two) The economic impact of non lending banks means that the FED gov't has just pulled the pull on any hoped recovery in 2012-13. Already they announced their GNP projection for 2012 was going to be slashed to around 1.3% growth rate. A miniscule performance.

Three) The DEM control Fannie and Freddie. Barney Franks' lover is a employee at Fannie. This is another major share the wealth program.
This time the awards will come from the wealthy bank owner snd share holder funds.

Bringing me to the following predictions.

If Obama really wanted to expand the economy, into a vigorous and healthy economy, Fannie and Freddie would not be suing the 12 major banks of the country. Their lending into the construction, commercial and private sector is critical for a health economy. But between the low interest rate (return) and now the court risk of bad lending, the banks are not going to lend in these conditions.

The economic conditions (unemployment, gnp, and private investment) of the country continue to detoriate and with the lack of confidence in the political mechanisms and parties.....a second dip into a depression are almost guarrantteed in 2012.

Qdaffi says that they are. The They is NATO forces are in Libya to occupy the country. This from a late nite TV Syrian TV broadcast.

But when asked in British SAS units were inside Libya.....British Defense Ministry Sec't Fox said .."We never comment about special forces, not least because if we were to use them under those conditions it would compromise their security."

Let me mention SEAL TEAM 6 at this point in the post.

But soon...both from unnamed British and the NATO officials word was
that limited SF were in Libya to hunt for Qdaffi. Maybe they should look in Syria or Algeria......Opps.

Qdaffi did not send his wife and children out of Libya because it was vacation time. But because he felt the heat. And if the heat gets to hot, Qdaffi will leave the country for where abouts unknown.

Somewhere in the history of this conflict....I remember a UN resolution that said "no boots on the ground". The NATO SF forces must be wearing sandles to meet the UN Libyan resolution. Because we all know that the Obama administration is going to go by the 5 point phont print of it.
