Guy says to blond colleague at the office : "right had enough for today, I'm going home"
Blond replies: "oh yeah, we still have to go"

Guy says watch me then proceeds to unscrew the lightbulb from ceiling light fitting. He then hangs onto light fitting with feet and hands like a monkey.

The boss walks in and asks: "What do you think you're doing?"
Guy hanging from light fitting: "I'm a lightbulb"
Boss: "You're clearly overstressed, you'd better take the rest of the day off"

At which point the blond grabs her bag and coat and starts making her way out

Boss: "And where do YOU think you're going?"
Blond: "Well, you don't really expect me to work in the dark!!" and walks off!!!!

A similar thing happened to my brother and his friends ...

They were driving down the road at night when they caught sight of a young woman walking by the road side carrying a petrol can ... They slowed down to see if she needed any help but as they came level with her she threw the petrol can at the car's windsreen ... then vanished into thin air!!!

They were quite shaken by the whole thing. They realised that in spite of the long strechy road they had not spotted an "abandoned" car on the road side at any time ...

They later found out that a young girl, a couple of years back, had been run over in the dark as she walk along the road with a petrol can after her car had run out of petrol ...

If she is really doing what you say and it's not a matter of perception, why don't you all join forces to set her up and play her at her own game?
Example: all discuss within earshot of her something like one of your colleagues (decide between yourselves which one) is just soooooooooooooooo not going to be ready for a deadline (for instance) and talk (still within earshot of the stirrer) about examples of things that haven't been done yet when they should etc. The person who is allegedly not gonna be ready for deadline could also be overheard saying he/she hasn't had time to do whatever ... Stirrer person is gonna run to the boss to warn him that "things aren't getting done" and boss is gonna go and check (coz he's the boss). He's going to find that all the "reports" from his friend are false and she was talking a lot of drivel. Hopefully after that he will take everything she says with a pinch of salt!!!

I know I read too many books and watched too many films!!!!

Hahaha! Talking with one's mouth full of food!! Yucks!!! It's not a sight I enjoy either!!! especially when they chew with their mouth open or partly open!!! Agreed!!!!

Should have come to our last party Smoky!!! Very unusual as most guests were either musicians, beautiful singers, poets, artists, healers with and without sound vibration etc. everyone left with their batteries recharged due to the different skills guests shared with everyone including vibration healing ect.. Was beautiful evening with beautiful shared energy ...

It gets very complicated doesn't it? My ex got a job through me in same place as me and then also used to talk to my friends about private stuff to do with my kids etc... and it used to p*ss me off. One thing I realised later is that his behaviour made me want to be more and more controlling. It was like a protection mechamism to try to regain some controle over what was happening in my life but it's a very unhealthy step to take although when you are in the middle of it it seems like the right thing to do ... It's up to you but wouldn't it be better to explain to her that it's not fair her being anonymous while she's chatting to your friends and encourage her with your help to be introduced properly?

I think there was (on my part) some lack of trust because he appeared to be wanting to hide things... may be the problem about chatting to your friends stems from the fact she is not being honest with them about hwo she is (and you don't know what thay chat about)?

I have seen devine energy at least 4 times ... long stories not for this forum but I have shared them with a few close friends and my kids of course who as they have been growing up have stopped looking at me funny

My last husband had chemical depression problems and was on medication ...

He also went through phases were I didn't exist while he was "hooked" on some scheme or other on the internet or other ... He'd spend half the night on it then couldn't get out of bed in the morning ... But all the while he felt secure because I was there, in the background ... He had all sorts of excuses why and why and because ...

Anyhow I think that the fact that she can see that you are on the board means that she can indulge in what she wants to do, knowing exactely where you are ...

May be if you could hold back from logging on and actually go out and meet up with some friends (a few times) she would trully get to miss you because she wouldn't know were you are ... if that is what she wants to experience ... I am not an advocate of mind games believe me ...

I never really managed to work out "what to do" with my ex and spent a lot of energy trying to rationalise irrational stuff until it made me ill and I had to bail out of the marriage ...

I am trully sorry for the suffering you (and your girlfriend) are feeling now, I don't know that there are rational explanations for it

And I certainly wouldn't dream of doing so in respect to age ... but have been know to do it in respect of their attitude to women!!!

One of the main reasons is we don't give a hoot anymore about convention or what society says we should look like or should sound like or should be doing!!! We can just be ourselves because by then we have achieved to strength and wisdom to know what matters

Redhead, I've just turned 48 and proud of it!!! Women over 40 don't need "breaks" from guys like this ... be honest ... would you really enjoy his company? There are plenty of trully lovely guys out there, who value women to spend time with ...

Judging by the way you describe womankind, my guess is they all run when you appear as most women over 40 would have more respect for themselves than to hang out with someone who puts down their gender AND age, whatever that age may be
