RE: Hidden messages in water

Interesting Ginger! Great input there! So true, conventional science has many problems explaining so many things about the nature of existence and related phenomenas. Thank goodness we have pioneers pushing new frontiers and those of us who support them!

I think I heard of that technology a while back---aimed mostly for handicapped people. I couldn't find the article, but when in doubt, Wiki comes through! Brain–computer interface (BCI). The impossible becomes the possible! Piercing all realms of limitation!

RE: In Love With More Than One Person?

Yes, without a doubt. It is in our nature if we are open to that type of existence and expression of love. Nowhere in psychology is it proven that we are incapable of loving multiple people at once.

The problem with this idea due to our culture, is that a partner will feel that the love he/she receives from his/her partner, is diminished. The idea goes "no matter how many other people I love, this does not diminish at all, in any way, how much love I have for my partner". They say love is unlimited and infinite, if we were to deny this kind of love (as foreign and wrong as it may seem), then how can one assert that love is indeed infinite and limitless? This is under the context of an open relationship or even in a relationship when one partner may still love somebody else, while loving their partner. The other partner will often not accept this and have a very hard time managing this.

Nobody has a patent on the idea of love. It has an infinite amount of manifestations, and somebody's belief system certainly does not render their version of love empirical to one and all.

Moving on...

Anyways, here is a thought that just came to mind. So our bodies are mostly water, and water is affected by gravitational forces like the relationship between the moon and the ocean. If we consider that there is a relationship between thoughts and water, we'd have to define thoughts through math and physics and perhaps show that there is some gravitational force behind thoughts at a quantum level---on a different platform of mathematics and physics of course.

The idea behind all of this, is that frequencies (such as subjective thoughts either negative or positive) supposedly affect matter and water since they are vibrations with a language or code behind them. For instance, if you are told that you are awesome, you feel awesome things. And if you believe it, you maintain this feeling. The idea is that, the word "awesome" has a vibration behind it, and it can affect or perhaps harmonize the position of the crystal structure in your body---though not defined in a molecular property---but in some other property that maybe will be discovered some day.

This all ties into some cutting research on DNA. "The most astonishing experiment that was performed by Garjajev’s group is the reprogramming of the DNA codon sequences using modulated laser light. From their discovered grammatical syntax of the DNA language they were able to modulate coherent laser light and even radio waves and add semantics (meaning) to the carrier wave. In this way they were able to reprogram in vivo DNA in living organisms, by using the correct resonant frequencies of DNA. The most impressive discovery made so far is that spoken language can be modulated to the carrier wave with the same reprogramming effect. Now this is a baffling and stunning scientific discovery! Our own DNA can simply be reprogrammed by human speech, supposing that the words are modulated on the correct carrier frequencies!" -

Anyways, much more to say on this, and too little space and time to go deeper into this while bridging other theories into this. I'll just say that it is very rational to conclude that sound vibrations do affect water---or as Emoto suggests---water is reacting to the actual words. Also, it is very rational to deny this phenomenon as well. Investigate for yourself!

RE: Mind over heart to get over an ex

The emotional bond was built over a period of time, and it sure is not going to magically disappear over night. All kinds of experiences were shared together---visions were shared together, adversities were shared together, love was shared together, life changing moments were shared together etc.

We tend to identify ourselves through our partners and relationships, some even define their lives and happiness by this since it harbors the deepest meaning to them. Many individuals depend on and need someone outside of the self in order to be happy. So when we lose our partners, we tend to think that we have lost a part of ourselves.

We all felt at one time, that our ex was possibly going to be with us forever, so when the relationship fails, it can be hard to react to and manage in that sense. Ideally, we all want to find somebody special, and stay with them forever in bliss.

Yeah, that's life and it takes time to accept the new reality. A significant factor I've observed, is how an individual invests his or her focus after the breakup. Continually focusing on thoughts such as "why me", "I need him, I can't go on without him", or "I'll never find somebody else, I'll be lonely forever" only bring emotions such as pain and fear---disharmony---and prolongs the recovery process.
On the other hand, and with time, realizing that the relationship is no longer serving anybody, and that you can be hopeful about the future about being happy alone and finding another loved one really helps with the recovery process.

Perspective, time, and realization. Getting perspective during that process is very important---talk to friends, family, and read any material relating to that so you can begin to come out of the static. The main thing is acknowledging that the relationship was no longer serving either of you two and that people do go in different directions for various reasons that may seem unfair. In other words, letting go. And love does mean letting go. Love for yourself, and your partner. Holding on too long is not being fair and honest with yourself since it only brings disharmony. The moment you begin to let go of ideas and thoughts that don't work for you, the sooner and quicker you'll be on the path to recovery and moving on with no hard feelings---but understanding.

There is no standard of time for the letting go and recovery process, it's up to you. It can be a couple of months or years. We can still always remember the good times, but at the same time, we must live in the now and go forward with happiness and confidence.

Stephen Hawking: God did not create Universe

Hey Amoro!

Are you on to the holographic model of the universe? Or a mix with Eastern philosophy? The idea that the universe is not outside (classical dualistic view/matter and mind as separate), but rather, created from the inside(consciousness/non-duality) and manifested (mind creates matter)on an invisible plane such as a hologram.

Thoughts are indeed powerful frequencies, and can be like steel if we believe in something so strong. Does that create our own individual reality one may propose? It is said that the universe is consciousness, and that our consciousness helps build and expand the universe as we perceive it. Okay, a metaphysical musing, but who knows? It is a model of the universe out there (think Alan Watts proposed this in some fashion), and you never know, maybe it did begin as an idea by some type of awareness that has no form, but is merely nature with an intelligence that we cannot grasp with out limited minds. And perhaps that awareness is contained within another awareness and so on...

Drunk posting can be really fun! I've done it before.

RE: How Do You Know When You Truly Love A Person?

True. The feeling has to be mutual, and the times it's not, there has to be constructive effort to reach an understanding and respect. The idea that things will always be perfect is dangerous. People make mistakes, and one's sense of love should not be dependent on his or her partner being perfect all the time as well as depending his or her happiness to come from their partner.

Stephen Hawking: God did not create Universe

Interesting. I've heard similar concepts---especially about sound vibration/frequency starting creation (similar concept is in the OT- God spoke).

Anyways, where did this model of the universe and creation come from?

I've heard creation exists within existence or Infinity, and that there are multiverses (theoretical physicist Michio Kaku talks about that), meaning that this universe is just a bubble within a larger bubble bordering other bubbles/planes.

Then there is the Hindu idea that the cosmos itself undergoes an immense, indeed an infinite number of deaths and rebirths. -

So many other models as well, and my point is that there may be some truth into ancient scriptures along with today's science---only to be realized in ways that nobody ever imagined.

Stephen Hawking: God did not create Universe

Well, maybe this thread will be differentdaisy

Nobody has to call each other names, or ridicule views. All I ask is that people respect each other's views, say something about Hawking's view and perhaps investigate, and talk a little about their own views.

Maybe this is a test?wink innocent

Stephen Hawking: God did not create Universe

Of course gardenhackle! That is why I asked for thoughts. I'm curious to see other thoughts on Hawking's idea and model of the universe. I'm not here to tell people they are wrong or right, just wanted to exchange thoughts. There are different models for the creation of the universe, so I just wanted to see who aligns where for my own curiosities.

Stephen Hawking: God did not create Universe

"There is no place for God in theories on the creation of the Universe, Professor Stephen Hawking has said." -

Thoughts?

RE: How Do You Know When You Truly Love A Person?

When you can accept them as they are, respect them for what they are, and feel deeply connected to them after the trial of time and adversities.

In other words, you just love them, and you don't need many reasons to love them since they are a significant part of you.

RE: Hidden messages in water

I've seen all the counter arguments. They don't hold up to the new sciences, particularly quantum consciousness. You need a deep understanding of this new science to fully grasp the physics behind it.

Claus Larsen was looking for specific answers to questions that simply cannot be answered in a classical sense. There is a lot of things that are not very well understood in regards to quantum consciousness and how it affect the magnetic field and matter. Action at a distance (physics), ties into this as well---meaning that how an object could "know" the charge (in electromagnetism) of another distant object. Quantum consciousness scientists are still working this out---the entanglement idea, on a holographic platform.

RE: Have you ever thought about getting Hypnotized?

Wow, don't know how I missed this thread. I do know that past life regression therapy does work---and it's usually a last resort for some people who have tried everything to alleviate or cure persistent problems. It's very interesting, past life regression therapy. I have tons of material on this, so feel free to ask anything demonfairy.

Many fears, symptoms, and phobias can be easily traced back to the way a person died in a past life. I'll give a quick example. A past life regressive therapist that I am familiar with, has had many subjects who suffer from migraine headaches, and these often can be traced back to past lives that deal with trauma to the head. Blows to the head from either humans, weapons or animals are usually carryovers to remind the person to not repeat a mistake in this life that may have caused their death in the other lifetime. Basically, the understanding of the cause is enough to take away the physical problems.

More fascinating about regressive therapy, is when on random occasion, an unknown entity speaks through the patient, and appears to be from higher dimensions with knowledge of "lost knowledge", past civilizations, advanced technologies/science, other species and existences and so forth. Really fascinating, and what makes it credible, is when patients and their entities who speak through them from different parts of the world speak may speak about some common concepts and subjects.
