If you're in a relationship….married or otherwise, you're in it. If you have a "need to or you do cheat" on your partner for me, that says that something is wrong in the relationship. If a relationship isn't going as good as it used to, discuss it with your partner, get professional help or end the relationship. I wouldn't stay in a relationship with someone who cheated on me, because if they did it once, they just might do it again. No amount of money, promises not to do it again or any kind of "sweet talk" etc. would make me stay.
Depends on the sort of rain: if it's raining for hours as if someone opened a shower or wind is so strong, that precipitations are flowing parallelly to the surface of the planet...…
Tulefell: It's been raining here since yesterday afternoon, fell asleep hearing the rain and howling wind, woke up to the same. Yes, we need the daylight….free vitamin D, as I say to my students, but not today. I see it's also raining in Göteborg.
Bnaughty: It's not the howling wind and cold inside, I'm tucked under a blanket. It would be nice to once again go out and have a walk around town or somewhere, without having to get wet. I love when it's cold, especially in winter when there's lots of snow.
Another gray rainy day here. For the past month or so, I've noticed that almost every weekend, it rains. Usually this wouldn't "bother me", but after a busy week, I like to relax, get out and do something fun, but no….it's rain again. My apartment is on the 4th floor, one of the windows is open, I can feel the cold from outside and hear the wind howling, which means it's not exactly inviting weather to be outside, so today, I'll just stay at home, do my household chores, play games on my phone or watch movies. . What do you do on such days (especially when you're single)?
Tulefell: You should, especially if you drive through Switzerland to the south…..through the italian part of Switzerland in the autumn, it's a very, very beautiful sight to see, you can then return over France through the western part of Switzerland….a journey you'll never forget.
Switzerland….if you have some "extra money" There you have a mix of 3 different cultures, german in the north, french in the west, and italian in the south…..southern Switzerland is a beautiful place to travel to in autumn,
Although it's not exactly part of the EU, I'd say visit Switzerland: lovely lakes, beautiful mountains…...beautiful scenery altogether and friendly people, even though it'd Abit expensive.
In Flanders fields the poppies blow Between the crosses, row on row, That mark our place; and in the sky The larks, still bravely singing, fly Scarce heard amid the guns below.
We are the Dead. Short days ago We lived, felt dawn, saw sunset glow, Loved and were loved, and now we lie, In Flanders fields.
Take up our quarrel with the foe: To you from failing hands we throw The torch; be yours to hold it high. If ye break faith with us who dieWe shall not sleep, though poppies grow In Flanders fields.
Thanks for posting this poem, over the years, all I could remember was the first line
I have (only) dated western european white males, the relationships were good, except for one. The guy was a liar (now I don't trust scorpion men), unfortunately, I realised it too late…..but as they say better late than never
A few years ago, I decorated my apartment, cooked myself a delicious 5 course meal, had a 2 hour long feast eating and drinking until I was half drunk. This year, I plan on doing the same again, but with the menu from "Dinner for one." How will you other singles celebrate or not celebrate Christmas?
1: Mulligatawny-Suppe (a Curry-Soup with carrots und coconut milk). a glass of Sherry.
Bearwoman: We travelled back and forth from Sweden to Germany for 1 1/2 year before I moved to live with him in Sweden. We lived together for 1 1/2 year, if that wasn't a relationship…...what would you consider it as then?
How far would you go to find love? Would you consider having a relationship with someone that you may only see IRL every few months, weekends or maybe 2 or 3 times a year? Would you for eg: live in europe and consider having a relationship with someone living in the USA, Australia or even further away or vice versa?
I have had a long distance relationship: I was living in Germany and he in Sweden, we met every few months, I moved here and we broke up after 1 1/2 years.
RE: Watch these plates flip
Bravo! Don't know if it took 15 seconds, but I did get them to flip
