I love fishing in the Gulf! Nothing like it! I once caught a 7 lb flounder & entered it in the fishing rodeo. It was in second place for a while, then I got knocked out. But it was good eating!! thumbs up

We had friends down there who were shrimpers. Got fresh shrimp right off the boat!! And crab too!!

I'm almost at my goal weight... 2 more pounds to go. I'd actually be satisfied at this weight, honestly. I feel good. Now I need to start toning up. thumbs up

Wheat is my friend... wink Since I've switched from "bleached" (white) to whole wheat, the weight's been peeling off. yay

I've officially lost 18 lbs & now I have to go buy new pants because my old ones are too big.
