Everything you do, write or post is coming from you, is a certificate of you so, you cant split those. You don't need psychology qualifications to have an opinion about you like you have your opinion about other people. For you it is judging but, for others, it is just making a sense (an attempt). Exactly, this is why we are looking for mistakes and faults ahead, to prevent disaster. Same in people, in relationship, we naturally looking for signs of important parts malfunction before we get on board with such a person. It is not negativity, it is thinking ahead.
