There are exceptions and yes some schools dont have particularly understanding staff but.....
I work in a Primary school and yes they are stressed but with good reason, i teach year 3 two afternoons a week and the rest of the time i support so i see it and experience it first hand and i admire and respect the teachers i work with, for what they have to put up with from senior management and im afraid to say it parents as well.

you will get loads of messages and flowers from complete strangers who want you to become their 15th wife etc etc etc
