I do think age has a lot to do with attitude....if someone who is over 50 feels old, thinks old, and acts old--that's a choice...but other people who are over 50 thinkg and act and feel like much younger people. These days with people living much longer and healtier lives than ever before, I don't think 40 or 50 or 60 are what they used to be....
My great grandmother was married to a man ten years younger. He adopted the two children she had from her first marriage and they had 3 more together. It worked out fine. I think 10 years either way is reasonable and workable, more that that is difficult but I suppose is workable depending on the couple. I think older women are sceptible about what a younger man really wants from them. Some older women don't want to re-marry and are looking for a nice man to hang out with and a nice relationship, and a younger man could just fit the bill. Other women are looking for committment and a life time with someone.
