Indian nuclear programme is totally indeginous, we offered unconditional moratorium that will not nuke any country first.....India is a responsible nuclear state .so ur point does not make any sense in todays world.We had our first nuclear test in 74.India always had a rightful place in the nuclear club .....shame took so long.

Its really very shockin that ppl around the world still see India n pakistan together ....i guess they know little about India.
We r not enemies ........neighbours by destiny........n we both r tryin to improve relations.
