Good stuff trish123.Positive self regard pays off,indeed.Autogenic training ,visualisation helps a lot.Believing n seeing it through in the mind first is very very helpful.When am down i do this. Ya in school i have seen teachers supporting kids who were performing below class average with a sense of belief n belonging that they r as capable of doing stuff as anyone else n seen their performance shoot. Paedagogy Should be highly flexible in the sense that .take as many variables as possible,like the social life of kids ,etc etc n devise strategies.
