And so all that remains is for someone to pull out the plug while we watch this dirty bathwater of a thread go down the drain. Just like all his others.
If that is what you inferred from what I said, Dedo, I am disappointed in you. I'm sure you know what I'm saying, but you just can't help putting your own spin on it, can you?
If that's how you feel, why not grant everyone else the same right as you are demanding. Just let others do what they think is right without insulting them or trying to make them feel small.
This thread is consistent with quite a few others I have started. I hate lies, deceit, and the deliberate malicious spreading of mis-information. Of course governments lie; they have to lie to a certain extent in order to function, but they are answerable to the electorate when those lies are exposed. And I'm sure bias exists in the BBC, even though they are supposed to be scrupulously impartial, but they too are answerable to various broadcasting authorities. David Icke and his ilk are answerable to nobody. I don't know about Icke specifically, but I'm damned sure most of these people and the websites they run are funded by interest groups whose agendas are certainly not in the public interest.
Just like toxic emissions from industry have polluted the physical environment, all this widespread deceitfulness is polluting our social and cultural environment, and I for one find it just as alarming.
And besides all that, yes, it's a dig at our resident bonehead.
I think David Icke probably puts more effort into concocting his ridiculous theories than I would be prepared to put into disproving them. But I would welcome the opportunity to enter into a formal debate with you, Lee. Any of your usual subjects would do. No name calling, no insulting, you present an argument against feminism, liberals, or whatever you like, and I will debate it with you. How does that sound?
Here's your chance to shine, and to make a fool of me; how can you resist?
And why do you assume that I was making that assumption about you? No, it is more than an assumption, and I was making it about a certain half wit who I will resist naming.
He may be a good source of information, but we will have to agree to disagree about the quality of the information.
The vast majority of people who post on this site are more intelligent than you, and I include many of the stupid ones here. This being the case, I am wondering why you imagine that anyone is going to have the slightest respect for your judgement. If you want to be an idiot, can't you just get on with it without trying to involve anyone else?
RE: Crucifixion
Oh, I must have missed that.
