The true answer is he's super qualified as a forum troll. The rest is pure speculation.
Lose the weight for yourself not because of what others might think. The health issues that extra weight often brings should be more important than a woman judging you based on that. Lacking self confidence is more of a problem than being overweight when it comes to meeting women.
