The point thought is that young people growing up get confused by so many opposing contradictory messages where the predominant message is that "they're doing it all wrong" no matter what they do ...
I think the term cougar was invented way later than the term sugar daddy and has more negative connotations ... A sugar daddy has a more protective sound to it... there is no equivalent for women ...
