Tom..all you need is to FOCUS on one particular person..preferably with a pic. However. .you will only see what you need to see if it's for your greatest good or the person's concerned.
Of course, the surrounding energy can influence the outcome.
As for information on what's happening in the world and what's going to happen...I do get "visions" but get more detailed info through deep meditation.
A psychic..according to the definition..is "someone who can use extra sensory perception (ESP) to get information hidden from normal senses"
It covers many senses.
For me, yes, I can see things from the future about someone..or something..but I would define it as "intuitive knowledge".
I can sometimes guess what a person is going to say..but I'm not telepathic.
I can also feel people's energy and mood and have visions of their past traumas. Same applies with animals, in particular the horses I used to work with.
I can communicate with many animals when touching them...if they let me into their field.
It only reduces appetite because it fills you up. This is why you need to take it before bedtime..and nothing else. For me it works anyway, drinking half a litre.
Yeah...good job I have a good sense of humour lady Blathin. I've been laughing my head off since reading Pedro's thread. It was really good entertainment.
What was my inspiration to write this some may ask?
I observe amongst friends and acquaintances that, those who have the ability to laugh, are much more centered and adaptable to life and others, who seldom or ever laugh, are much more discontent and do not carry their problems well.
So, see the funny side of life, have a little giggle as often as you can and you will feel much better for it.
...........Of laughter? – Good for the heart and for the soul.
It is known that a good, hearty laugh relieves physical tension and stress, leaving your muscles relaxed for up to 45 minutes.
Not only does laughter boost your immune system, but it also decreases stress hormones as it triggers the release of endorphins – the body´s natural feel-good chemicals.
Do you laugh every day?
Do you need someone to make you laugh, or..... can you laugh on your own and at yourself?
Can you make other people laugh to cheer them up? (you don´t have to be a clown to do that!)
Also, don´t forget your daily dose of sunshine vitamin (vitamin D)
