Thoughts to all the above for sharing their sadness
Losing my brother at 35 and having to go and tell my parents about his death as he died in Sri Lanka on holiday and there was no direct line to the U.K. from his resort so we heard it second hand.
My Father had recently suffered a severe heart attack and I dreaded telling him that his youngest son had died.
Losing my Dad on my birthday was also such a sorrowful time.
Colours can make us more aware, alter our senses, make us emotional, They have the power to improve our memory and attention, and even convince us to make a certain decision and change our minds.
For instance when buying clothes you decide on a style of dress but change your mind because you prefer a different colour. I find this in home decor too. We see the object but the colour is usually predominant and the deciding factor.
I don't feel that I have lost my rights. I am aware that the World has a health issue and protect myself accordingly. We have Covid in my village due to the influx of tourists who don't take precautions. Do I take a risk and mix with them , or listen to advice from people who are better informed than myself.?
Both my friends who are nurses and regularly tested have now been diagnosed with Covid and the family are now in isolation. My friend has no idea where she contracted it.
The attitude from some posters towards this pandemic astounds me to be honest.
For me it's about being myself and not what other people perceive me to be.
Not here to impress just have fun as and when. Unlike some who spend all day and night on here I have a life in the real world. C.S is a coffee break for me.
Is this your thread ??? Thought not, and check the times on your posts sunshine as I haven't been on here all day, just popped in to read some mail and then read your comments . And you call me sick
