RE: Another great day....

Hi Selenite,

I love it when people have special days quite out of the blue.

I have had the builders in to check out the problems in my home and had it all sorted today with no charge as I'm still under my Gold Shield warranty .They even straightened the paving stones in the pathway as some had subsided.cheering

Check out your other thread about the Birthday man if you want a giggle.wink

RE: Accident and Emergency Culture Shock

Not so easy to go to A and E nowadays and rightly so under the circumstances. You have to have an appointment to visit our local one as it's locked.

I totally agree regards the NHS. After 3 major orthopaedic ops within 3 years and the care that I received I cannot fault them.

By the way the cleaners do an excellent job too.handshake

RE: Accident and Emergency Culture Shock

Well for someone drugged up for 3 months it didn't stop him posting on C.S that's for sure.laugh

RE: Priti Patel looked at idea of sending asylum seekers to South Atlantic

To some migrants that would be a feast. How on earth could you make their lives worse than where they came from. We don't drop bombs in the UK.

RE: Do some posters...have selective memory or just forgetful?

My memory is extremely selective when it comes to certain people ,so nothing to do with forgetfulness.grin

RE: How many cs members will admit they are a shallow person ?

I'll take that as a compliment then Gal [ I thinklaugh ]

Used to love riding out in the New Forest. Wild and wonderful.

RE: How many cs members will admit they are a shallow person ?

Are you psychic Gal. I did indeed ride a lot in my youth and my daughter has a stable full of horses but I'm more into poo picking with her in the fields , sorting the manege out .and mucking out the stables . Times have changed.laugh

Do I care what people think of me.? No as they don't live in my real world just ships [spelled with a P not a T ] that pass in the night.
