Yes i had seen couple one how i felt was nothing unsual, because i did not know it was a Ghost, until the next day really, only thing that was strange was how he disapeared, another was when i was about 13yrs old, was not scared but got a very warm peaceful feeling, never said a word just watched her with a beautiful smile, then she slowly faded from a solid form to until i could slowly see the objects that she was standing in front of, Not sure about when you die your soul goes to heaven, but this sure told me there is something after death,

Don"t have any problem with pets, but always remember it"s a animal & a pet, The problem i have is pet owners that don"t know it"s a animal & not a human,
I agree, living in Atlantic Canada, on the island of Newfoundland's Northeast coast, known as iceberg alley, a place each summer we get the icebergs floating past with the labrador current that comes from Greenland, I guess they did that since the ice age, I remember watching the news many yrs ago lol about how the climate is changing, showing clips of Greenland how it"s glaciers were melting & falling into the ocean comparing it"s size to football fields & high as 10 story buildings, Wow they did that for centuries also lol & have seen them bigger float past & some I seen grounded to the bottom of the ocean for weeks until they melted enough or rollover & break up before the ocean current take them away, some summers many burgs & others none, same they did for centuries, Now understand this is not a 12-month thing we see icebergs, it"s only between June & july after that only ones around are smaller ones that got grounded in some coves where the Labrador current can"t reach them to take them out to sea, but then they did that for centuries also, But with that said I also remember watching a scientist I think from Sweden or Denmark made sense about this Global warming, without agreeing or disagreeing, But he said to see the effects tempetures in Greenland will rise because of the melting glaciers, & the Temp in Newfoundland will drop because of the iceburgs that will surround it"s coastline year round & he said he never seen any difference in recorded temp going back to the 1940s when U.S had AF bases in Greenland & Newfoundland, some summers hotter & some winters colder than others & about the polar bears also true, each spring in march & april we get polar bears coming to the land for a visit, they done that for centuries also, some now blame it because of shortage of food & melting of ice lol, & yes most yrs far as I can remember most times you see single bears some would have a cub or 2, but past few yrs you can see the mother with 3 cubs dragging behind her, & about the shortage of food why they come to land BS, just last spring about 8 miles of the coast while the bears visited the land, the Canadian coast guard spotted about 100.000/ seals on a string of ice about 20miles long 2 miles wide from the air , and that was not what we call the main patch that will drift by a week later along the coast, so shortage of food for them to come to the land is also BS, No just nature
My out take on this will not be judged by some film made & paid for some animal rights more so by peta, just another name for Green Peace to raise money, from animal lovers by paying someone to kill a animal in a cruel way, film it & turn it on for the world to see & let the money roll in from the public to stop it by sending donations, I remember in mid 70s when Greenpeace ship came into my home port in Canada, to report they were shot at by Russian sealers, the ship had 5 bullet holes in the ships side & wheelhouse window shot out, when RCMP did their investigation, the officer in charged asked capt Watson of the Greenpeace ship,how many men came aboard his ship he replied they never they were shooting at them about 500 feet away from their ship, only thing he could not respond to was when the RCMP pointed out the shots were fired from on the ship out & same with the window, the broken glass was on the deck outside the wheel house, shot came from inside the wheel house, & yet it few days after the world heard about Russian ship shooting at Greenpeace ship but for some reason it was cut short, So i am wondering about the shark fins, way i see it could it be made for donations to stop it & another thing the fins make good soup, i can t say, but i have eaten shark meat, so i am sure the whole shark is used also for the fishermen that fish them even if the fin is worth more money than it s meat, so why just toss it over if there is a few dollars to be made if some country eat fin soup i am sure they also eat shark meat also,even if some animal rights group don t want the public know that & the sharks death is for the fin only, like the saying goes, believe half you see & nothing you hear, more so if money is involved
So i take you have visited st Johns NL & Halifax N.S, but to get to your interest in the cultural, you will find more of that in the rural areas more than cities
