Best tasting Kipper I've had was in the woods with my dad and he lit a fire. Roasted the kippers over the fire and had a cup of tea with water boiled over the fire with little bits of whatever in it.........
"The Talks" always occur around the kitchen table and we talk about "everything". Started with my oldest and has continued down through him. I felt when they were young that if I didn't have the time to listen to them and their problems (Stacy took my Barbie and married her to GI Joe!!) then they wouldn't have time to talk to me when they were older (Mama, I don't like how a guy treats me. What do I do?) He's actually just a good kid.......
I laugh everyday or at least almost everyday.... all depending. I've been minding my own business and all of a sudden something will pop in my head that happened eons ago, it will strike me so funny.... I burst out laughing. People are around me, staring like I've grown 3 heads and that will make it funnier. I've laughed until my stomach hurts, until I cried (you're not the only one, Pedro), I've dribbled a little and until I could not physically laugh anymore. Good times people, good times.
My boy took me out to supper last night....... and he paid. Whoo hoo!!
We went to a pub style eatery and had coconut shirmp, pork balls, quesadilla and chicken Caesar nachos. We brought home cinnamon funnel cake with ice cream and strawberry sauce to share with each other and the dog.......

With my grace, poise and coordination, I'd be dead within 3 or 4 steps. I trip on a pencil mark, choke on air and should be considered a menace to the dance floor.
My idiot brothers told me when I was little that I was eating a baby chick and turned me off eggs. Even now, 40 yrs later, I still can't look at an egg without thinking that I'm eating a chick and I know the difference!
