I'm not a religious person and I don't go around spouting scripture to anyone but it seems like I remember something in the Bible about a worldwide scheme similar to this "chipping". Correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't the evil side getting marked or chipped and the righteous refusing the mark?? Other than convenience, I don't really see the point of having a subdermal piece of anything electronic in my body. Medically, something like a pacemaker is fine but anything else is a little too invasive. What happens if it doesn't work?? Have it cut out and redo?? Yeah.... Nope, not for me.
The best time for me is that hour or two when no one is awake and you have your coffee/tea and watch the sun come up or you read a book or whatever. You get to ease into the day instead of jumping up with alarms blaring, running for a shower, getting people on the move, packing lunches, etc.
You have to share Lasagna with me and I'll keep the desserts from you...... Only one of us needs an expanding waist line and I can wear maternity clothes to camouflage my belly!!
I love how these threads bring back some older music like Peter Gabriel. I had forgotten all about Salisbury Hill and how catchy it was. It's sad to see that Roy Orbison didn't make it to the video..... Now Tom Petty is gone as well.
I woke up and it was that "almost dark, but not quite" look outside. The clock said 7:09. It coulda went either way..... when I noticed that at 7:45 it was getting lighter, I kinda figured I was in the morning hours. I just can't remember feeding the dog or cleaning up the kitchen....
I'm really surprised that there was a "Black Friday" anything this year. It isn't safe to go to the stores in mass numbers and I don't relish pushing/fighting to save $10 on something.
And..... I hate shopping on the best of days when no one is around.
