Okay, ya shamed me into it. Yeah, try to work out 6 days a week but always get in at least 4. 3 miles on treadmill, weights, crunches, ect. ect. Gotten to the point I don't feel up to snuff if I don't work out.

Personally, I believe its easier for me to express myself writing rather than verbally. Sometimes just writing thoughts down helps to clarify what I really think/believe.
