In regards to COVID19, MERS and SARS were studied, altered in the Wuhan Labs, and released in the field as a bio-weapon as a test and were unable to stop it. I never said to overdo it or go to the point of exhaustion, however, stopping to work is not a good idea, deal with the initial pain with showers, relaxation, and sleep, and even a walk at night... if not the next 5 years will be the same as the last 5 years. Don't ponder... get motivated and stop thinking negatively. This is about you... no one else. Mentally you will improve also and not be as depressed.
